That is not the chicken that comes on this sandwich. The bacon was burnt. Didn't taste anything like Maple. Tried to get a refund. Haven't heard back. Also frosty's "unavailable" in the morning................ But don't you have a frosty Chino........coffee that has Frosty in it?
Out of nowhere this Wendy’s has gone from middle tier to top tier. It’s always super clean. The dining room is spotless when I’ve come in early. The restrooms are clean.
Maybe new methods, new workers? Not sure, but the cleaning crew is solid. Good stuff!
I go here all the time almost once a week for my beginning of the weekend breakfast. Usually it's really good this time. Totally messed up, put the wrong chicken on my sandwich. Burnt my bacon and it barely tasted like Maple anything. Wrote in to get a refund. Still haven't heard back also don't try to get a frosty in the morning even though they open at 6:00 past 7:00 their machine still "isn't ready"
The manager ALICIA doesn't know how a restaurant works, she sends everyone to the kiosk EVEN if you're paying cash or with the phone. She cannot get anybody to cover the front entrance to attend customers. Worst service I've ever received.
Can't eat in peace here. The manager not only does she not know what she's doing, but she is always yelling at her employees and even one day I heard her yell at one "are you retarded or something" Wendy's plz do something about this manager and her disgusting behavior, A lot of them are young teens doing their best but she is constantly behind them nagging about their faults as individuals like an abusive drunken stepfather. The employees don't deserve that level of disrespect and we the customers certainly don't need to be seeing that. I now have to drive 20 mins the second nearest Wendy's now where everyone is actually nice and positive. I will be going back and recording the interactions next time and uploading them to tik tok until it gets the attention of the higher ups. Have a nice day
The type of service you get will be based on the time you order. afternoon to late evening I've had decent service. After the lobby closes? Now that's a different story. The workers at that time are young rude and have no customer service skills.
Drive thru menu listed a biggie meal as $7, get my receipt and it shows the meal as $7.80!!! This same meal is $5 just a few miles away at another Wendy's. This location gouges it's customers!!!
I have to be 100% honest. I didn't go here, my daughter brought me their new cheese fries. These are so good. As good as any cheese fries I've had recently. The bad part is now I will want them again. Fries are crispy, the cheese is not soggy neither is the bacon. Just good cheese fries.
