The food took 45 minutes to get to us. The guy making it didn't have gloves on and kept making the wrong food and kept making another member make the wrong orders. There was on staff member thatwas just threatening to quit. The manager didn't offer any kind of relief for the customer but she handled her crew with grace. Would never ever go here again. Spent entirely too much on something my kids and I couldn't even eat once we finally received it.
Food was Fresh no complaints on that but who ever they sent out to bring me my food asked for a cigarette and was pretty upset when I said no. But besides that couldn't even bother coming all the way out the door to give me my food most dropped it. But please train the slower employees that it's never ok to ask customers for smokes or other stuff. Wish I got a receipt to share the ticket number but yea please keep the food fresh
Slowest Wendy’s on earth? Took me almost half an hour to get through the drive-through, with only two cars ahead of me when I pulled up. easily spent more in gas sitting in line than I did on the food itself. Doubt I’ll be back.
Have to say this location is getting better, the tables were actually clean and the staff were working hard. I think they could use a couple more employees to help during busy times, but most places could. Food was fresh and tasted good. Staff seamed to be helping each other out in times of need.
Burger pattie was raw inside. Still haven't heard from manager been over 2 weeks.
I went in and asked for cheapest drink they had and girl handed me the largest I had 3 dollars to cover it and she said 3,52 I told her I only had 3 dollars to start but she said don't worry about it which was cool just don't think she was listening with all talking she was doing ! But you'll have them days .. otherwise all good!
Try to enjoy your breakfast this morning but the manager didn't show up and left their out in the rain 640am and no manager! Laziness is not a good business model
Slow slow slow slow slow and slow. Especially on the weekends. Maybe two to three people are working. Parking is ok. The inside needs cleaning most of the time. Dirty pop/soda machine. Sometimes, the lobby is open, and most of the time, it is closed. During the weekend, you might as well not come to any of the restaurants by the mall as this will be the longest wait time because everyone is out and about shopping or just hanging out.
