The manager here at the time was rude to his cooks in front of me and other employees. He "thought" the cook had prepared the sandwich incorrectly. Instead of him asking for it to be remade, he threw the sandwich on the counter in front of her while she was preparing another meal asking het why she made "it." Just to find out that she made it correctly, it just so happened to be for another order.
I knew that they opened the dining room for business at 8 a.m. so I made a point to get there at 8:10 in order to give them a grace period to open. 817 rolled around and they did not open the doors until 8:20. All the while looking over at me standing in the cold. Plus the service at the counter is almost always negative. Definitely the worst branch in Columbus.
Drive thru experience was ok except for some reason one lady that wasn't even working the drive thru thought it was her place to speak to my husband as if he is remedial. I will be contacting corporate to let them know how rude and out of line that lady was. What we say has no bearing on her day for her to call her correcting anyone and saying he need to go back to school! Was ready to walk and in say hello to her myself but instead I'm going to let her managers know just how she acts while on the clock. Nutty professor needs to chill for real
Anytime you visit this location (inside or drive thru) expect to wait 10+ mins (minimum). You will sit at the speaker at least 3-5 mins before you're acknowledged. Inside-- You're ignored for a very long time before they take your order. There are times where it's at 20 to 30 minute wait when you're the 2nd person in line inside. Fast food? Far from it. It has been this way at this location well before covid. I can't believe after all these years that this has not been addressed. The wait time is ungodly, whether you are inside or in the Drive-Thru. Every single time. Oh, and half the time, they don't even open the inside
Every single time I order from the Wendy’s they get the order right, every time I modify an order they get it right. I need all the workers in this wendy’s to get a raise, because they are doing more than the bare minimum. Even if the person in the drive through sounds burnt out they still get my order right, I have never had to go into the drive through to reorder and i’ve never had to call in. 10/10 recommend ordering from here. And if one of the workers sees this, you guys are doing incredible have a blessed day.
Serving the best quality food is quite an understatement! Our fries were colder than it was outside. We went around and asked for fresh fries, kindly. After a 20 minute wait they came back with the same fries still cold.
We let it go and went home. That's when we found out the burgers were still half frozen. Completely ruined our dinner for the late night and pretty much stole my money. The manager laughed at us and wouldn't help at all. Horrible ownership!! Shouldn't be allowed to own a Wendy's.
The last 2 times we have been to this location, drive thru, they have gotten Everything correct. Pretty nice considering we order for 6. So kudos.
But melted shredded cheese is NOT Queso. That was a wast of $3.00 but no biggie.
ordered through Uber eats. My drivers kept changing left and right. I call the store to see what was the problem. The store tells me they received my order but a driver already took off with it. They said I would have to take it up with the third party...yeah I already did that but at the same time I feel like this store is also partly to blame along with Uber eats. This is the second time my Uber eats order was not delivered because of this dumb excuse. Why isn't there better protocol from both places, Wendy's and Uber Eats to make sure the right food is given to the right driver? I'm done with the idiotic excuses and I'm done with this place and I'm done with Uber eats.
