First, I went through the drive thru and there were three people who took my order and I had to repeat it twice. Next, when I arrived at the window, the young lady was very nice handed me an order then asked me to pull in into one of the To Go spot and wait on my drink. Next, a gentleman comes out and asks, "did you get your food", I said yes, but not my coffee. He came back with my coffee, COLD. Trusting the store, I bit into the sandwich and it was not what I ordered. My order was incorrect totally. I proceeded to call the store and the mail box was full. Now, I'm angry.
My order was a Single with Cheese no tomato and hot fries and a hot coffee. What I got was a Spicy Chicken Sandwich with two tomatoes and cold fries.

I'm giving it only 4 stars because I was really looking forward to some spicy nuggets. However, I greatly appreciate the cashier informed me before I paid that there was going to be a 5 minute wait and if I would like to wait. I really appreciate the fact of her allowing me to decide if I wanted to wait or not!
This location needs a lot of improvement. I went inside and it was a ridiculously long wait time to even put in an order, it wasn’t too busy so the wait made no sense. It was apparent the staff were overwhelmed but again didn’t make sense to me, they weren’t that crowded. By the time I finally got my food, my fries were cold but I had already spent nearly my entire lunch break waiting to be serviced. Definitely pick other locations in the area over this one.
This is legitimately one of the worst fast food restaurants in the county. I don't understand how or why it's so difficult to look at the little piece of paper that tells you what the customer wants and then put those items in the bag. Things are always missing, always cold, always just WRONG. I will never patronize this location again and I truly hope they go out of business since neither the manager nor staff care about doing a good job.
Every time I go here weekly to have lunch, there are never any soft drinks in the fountain machine. Only water. Employees were told each time, and it never gets refilled. Also, for dining in, they put food in to go bags and don't give you trays to eat on. And they never refill the ketchup pumps and never give you packets unless you ask
I went through the drive-thru window. The young lady was abrupt and rude. She kept cutting me off while I was ordering, and when I was requesting condiments for my food purchases. I understand people have bad days. She just seemed genuinely uninterested in being at work or providing good customer service. Although I absolutely love Wendy's. I will not be returning to this location on Woodyard Rd. I have words for this location...DO BETTER.
DO NOT USE THE APP TO ORDER. They couldn't fill my order and they told me I had to contact the app, which was closed, to get my money back. When I told them it was closed they told me to call tomorrow. The soda was literally hot, as they had no ice. No straw, even with the request. No chili hot sauce, even though it was requested. The staff was rude with an attitude and completely oblivious to the fact that they weren't helpful. Terrible customer service. Never again.
No receipt, waited a while for just a frosty, and it turns out they didn't even have the flavor we ordered (or the size of cup) and gave us multiple small cups of another flavor we didn't even want.
