Waited five minutes at the drive thru before even being spoken to. When I was, I was told to wait even longer. When they did ask for my order I responded and was answered with a minute of silence, then told to repeat. When I pulled up to the window, I had to wait another five minutes after paying to receive my food, a single biggie bag. When opened, only 3 nuggets!!!!???????????????? To be honest I don’t really care about the waiting, it’s annoying but I’ll get over it. My missing nugget is what did it though
I didn't know they started serving smash burgers.....damn double looked like a single patty. Ever since management changed, service has been pretty bad.
From hard burger buns to terrible employees just standing around laughing.....Id def pass on this Wendy's if you wanted something to eat.
If I could give them zero stars I would. I sat in like for 30 mins patiently waiting just to get to the window and tell me that I have to cancel my order because they shut the system down! This Wendy’s need to be shut tf down. They always take forever and I just wait because it’s the closest. I will not go back.
This is only my second time having breakfast at Wendy’s. It was really good. The potatoes are seasoned well and the sandwiches are really good. Samuel was very friendly at the drive thru. I enjoyed my breakfast and will be returning. I have never had any problems with this location. It was a quick stop for good food.
Stopped in to pick up lunch for a day at the park. The order was correct everything was appropriately hot and/or cold and very tasty. This particular Wendy's does a great job with their food and service greatly appreciate the effort Thank you all.
Sick and tired of this location! By far the sorriest of them all. First off the dinning hall doesn’t close until 10pm but every single night it is closed HOURS early. They always lie about their system being down and can only take cash. I sat and waited over 20 minutes for a 10 piece nugget and when I look through the window they are walking round on their cell phones, talking to each other, just saying screw the customers in general. I see Miss red head walking round eating and filling her drink cup at the drink machine but you claim you’re short on staff. DRAGGING her feet around the store playing on her phone. I said I’m going to complain on this location and she carelessly said “that’s fine.” It makes absolutely no sense. I’ve had drive thru windows slammed in my face because an order was wrong and I’ve asked them to correct it. Food is always COLD! Customer service is even more a joke. I’ve sat at the drive thru for 15 plus minutes waiting to place an order because the lady inside decided to place her head set on the counter instead of taking orders. The white manager lady with the tattoos is the only one who seems to know her job and do it well. The rest of these employees are basically getting paid to stand there. Pathetic
Didn't receive chili or my frosty. I got nuggets but they were spicy. I ordered mild. Why confirm the order? Why send something you know is incorrect? Just cancel the order.
The ghost pepper chicken sandwich was actually really good. The atmosphere was good and the restaurant was very clean. The service was average for a fast food place. The particular server that we had could benefit greatly with some social and professionalism training. Conduct in front of a customer is very important.
