This place has been increasing in quality over the past year. The orders have been a lot more accurate and the staff are extremely nice and efficient. The lady working the counter around 1pm on 4/29 was extremely kind and helpful, I wish I caught her name.
We had ordered a Dave Triple with no sauce combo and a Triple Baconator combo and the food was the worst I have had at this location..the fries were definitely fried in old oil and on top of that the fries themselves were old and stale. Both burgers were super salty; it was as if the kitchen line threw a bunch of salt on the patties when cooking time. The only good thing that came from our order was the drinks.
Wendy's just convenient play an affordable the app is very user-friendly and the prices are just right in the app on Wednesdays they have a deal called Wednesday Wendy's chili you buy a purchase get the chili for a dollar a great deal and Fridays they have chicken nuggets before I purchase get the chicken nuggets for a dollar
The woman who took my order was helpful with questions about the app but then it took over 7 minutes according to their timer to hand me my food, a hamburger, with the wrong toppings.... and I was the only one in the restaurant.... not about to wait another 7 minutes I dealt with it and left.... I hope this was a one time problem but we will see.
It was very late an they took a while on the little food I ordered. Then when I received the food, It wasn't right and the woman ran off and I had to drive back around to the drive thru to get it fixed. No one else was there but me and my car the entire time. Total pain.
Food was cold not fresh at all service was the same no friendly faces to be seen. Would not recommend
Definitely not impressed. Ordered an apple pecan salad which was definitely not fresh as you could see in the photo. The lettuce is old, I had to pick out the bad pieces. I honestly couldn't even finish it because I was scared the cheese may be old as well. Won't be ordering salads from here again.
Good food, a bit slow service but still a kind one.
The Baconator was a bit dry but still good.
The fries were great, very well seasoned.
We had to order the spicy nuggets instead of the regular ones because they were short, they were ok, pretty cold to be honest.
