The grilled chicken wrap was not that good as they gave you more wrap then chicken. The food was very bland! I know the college kids love this fast food restaurant but I beg to differ. The cashier was very nice and greeted us with a smile. We might visit them again but I will definitely get something different on the menu next time
DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME HERE! This place is awful. No one working there cares about the quality of the food they sell. For example, I recently got an order with 6 sandwiches and all 6 were missing things that come on them. It was a classic case of "I don't care enough." Really disappointing. I reached out to Wendy's Customer Service and was told I'd be contacted by the franchise about a refund. Never contacted me. Seriously, just go to McDonald's instead.
Wendy's is always a go to for the prices, but this store has old fries more often than they have fresh ones. I'm absolutely in love with their strawberry lemonade and get it every time I go. I recommend any of the biggie deals, but most particularly the crispy chicken BLT.
The employees here keep the restaurant uncomfortably cold. Because their comfort is more important than their customers. They're cooking hot food and make sure they are not uncomfortable at the expense of their clientele. It's 35 degrees outside and the AC is blasting in here. They lied and told me it was broken. Then for 5 minutes they turned the heat on. Then they turned the AC back on. I heard 2 other tables complaining about how cold it was in there.
This place seems to get worse and worse each time I go. I went through the drive thru recently and when I pulled out I was missing half my food yet there were like 4 employees hanging out by the drive thru window so how they all missed it is beyond me. Then we went today and we dined inside, the food was cold and clearly wasn't fresh. The cheese on the burger wasn't even melting and the bacon just crumbled up like old overcooked bacon that had just been sitting around for a while that they decided to place on the burger. When I went in the employees were just standing around on their phones having a casual conversation amongst themselves so I don't see why the food wasn't being made fresh. Personally I wouldn't recommend this Wendy's.
This is a good place to go but not if you're in a hurry because there's always a line and the parking lot is always full and the drive-thru is backed up all the way to the street.
Typical Wendy's & what you would expect from their chain. The food was good & no problems had.
It took a little time to have someone on the intercom to take my order. But once she arrived polite and accurate.
