Was coming in to grab some late lunch and was picking up a mobile order through the drive-through. Did sit in the line for about 15 minutes which was not the best but it can happen. My main issue was I believed at first that I had sat in the drive-through long enough that the frosty that I ordered had melted so I went back into the store to get a new one. That one was also melted as soon as I got it. Found out they had just put the, frosty mixture into the machine and it was not frozen yet. They offered me a free item. I said that was fine. I was just asking for a refund and to get the issue fixed. The manager in training was very professional and tried to fix my issue the best she could, and I praise her for that. I also heard her complimenting me acting civil about the whole situation and not getting mad as I was walking out the door. I also appreciate her for that.
Both the lady with the grey hair and the one with the long nails who work in the morning are awesome. I've been a regular for a few weeks and wanted to save my review to see how my collective visits have gone, no complaints whatsoever. Thanks guys!
The line was super long. The drive thru attendant was slow to acknowledge Mr. They were out of fries and chicken nuggets. And then when I asked for a receipt, they told me their machines were down.
IMO this Wendy's needs managed better.
This Wendy's is really solid. Everytime I go there my food is well made, tasty, and fresh. The staff is super friendly and efficient.
This place Is excellent because 1. You can go inside unlike the stupid Lebanon church Wendy's location. 2 their baked potatoes are good 3. Their frosty machine works unlike stupid McDonald's a block away that doesn't have ice cream or shakes. Machine broke for years
Very nasty manger very rude. Everytime I come I get pulled up and have to wait a long time and I still have to come in to remind them I’m waiting . They made me wait and still gave me cold old fries and messed up my sandwiches ???? wouldn’t recommend to ANYBODY told the manger my food was messed up he said will.. and started laughing very disrespectful
was so bad made me throw up. got kicked out bc manager REFUSED to put bacon on my jr bacon cheese burger. never go here. EVER!
Best Wendy's in the area.
I normally have issues with fast food, because of dietary restrictions. If I order a burger I have to get it completely plain, and I've just come to accept the reality that, about half of the time, I will have to send my order back because it was made wrong (more often than not places give you cheese, even if you specify "no cheese"). This is really frustrating, but I take it in stride. I make sure to treat the staff politely and to not be "one of those customers."
I've been to this Wendy's more times than I care to admit in the last week, and they have defied my expectations. Wendy's is usually a bit better with order accuracy than their competitors, but I always expect to have problems some of the time. I have not needed to correct my order once, not just in this last week, but in the last couple of months of being a semi-regular customer here.
I have worked in fast food and I'm currently a retail supervisor. I understand how demanding jobs like this can be, and I say with conviction, that I am impressed by this location and its staff. They are fast, the orders are always correct, and most importantly, everything is always fresh and tastes amazing. I WISH the staff at my job were this competent and dependable.
Whatever you're doing Brentwood Wendy's, keep it up! I'm sure that I will be back sooner than later.
In the case that management is reading this: The time frame of this exceptional service has been the week of 7/9-7/16 of 2023, no earlier than 4-5pm EST on a given visit. Corporate, treat these workers right. Pay them well, give them more hours. They are working hard and as somebody with management experience, I can tell you that they are doing an exceptional job. You will be rewarded for recognizing that effort and compensating it properly.
