We placed our order, it was filled quickly and correctly. The dining room was clean, and the food was delicious. The kids meal came with play dough and two Dino stamps for the play dough and they were pretty neat, the Dino stamps worked really well.
I went here tonight and had to come on to give a good review. I don’t usually have the best experiences at this Wendy’s, but today was another story. I brought my family in after we had attended Pinner’s conference in Salt Lake City. We were super tired and super hungry. We ordered our food, and they gave us a discount code and they were really polite. We also were able to buy one of the Halloween frosty coupon books, and get everybody a frosty for a dollar. The service was quick, the food was fresh, and they have really improved their service. I will definitely be returning. I’m so glad we have an awesome Wendy’s again so close to home. And don’t be afraid to go in and eat. The dining area was super clean had all the condiments we needed.
Overall, it's one of the best Wendy's I've eaten at. This time, I used a coupon and the frosty keychain, which made my total come to just over $2. Not bad for a Dave's double cheeseburger and orange Dreamsicle frosty. The man who took my order was very courteous and friendly.
It’s always convenient when you’re a delivery driver for Uber or DoorDash, desperate to make ends meet & you have a couple of deliveries requested, (thank god! Yay!) arrive at the restaurant 20 minutes before closing only to witness the employees leaving early! I now earn $0, waste my time + money on gas.. sweet! so yeah.. I really love that about this location. To the thoughtful employees: thank you so much for honoring the hours you claim to operate! At least the customers just had canceled orders to deal with, unlike myself. Less gas in my tank, time wasted and more desperate for income than I was just 10 minutes ago. Great work guys.
Got a 50-piece nugget and I'm not exaggerating when I say that EVERY SINGLE nugget that I ate had at least one, but usually 2-3 rubber / tendon bits that I had to spit out. Our family couldn't finish the rest.
The food was just as great as always. There was one situation where we almost got gross food but one of the employees caught it and fixed the situation before we took it. One guy seemed to be on top of things while the rest seemed like they were struggling. When they took the order they also asked it in a weird way and was short with me when I asked him to repeat what he said. Overall it wasn't a terrible experience. If I used the kiosk instead of the drive thru I'm sure I would have rated this closer to a 5
Had the Biggie Bag for $5. Bacon double stack, Fries, 4 Piece nuggets, Dr. Pepper and a key chain Chocolate Frosty. Eat inside, first time doing that in a while. Clean and Covid precautions are taken. Bathroom was clean. Same friendly staff.
The most rude employees I have ever come across in my life. Get the hours updated on this app so employees are not a Holes.
