I definitely worked up an appetite, after creating my podcast on Spotify, Sheneefah w/ the tea.
I decided to visit Wendy's. I went thru the drive thru and the line wasn't long at all.
The staff was very friendly and they all said GOOD MORNING ????

Awful service! I came here last night and tonight, whoever was working the window which I believe her name is Ania was extremely rude. Like nasty rude. When I worked at Wendy’s it was a standard to do good ( be polite, smile, cheerful) it was quite obvious she does not enjoy her job (I understand it’s late at night) but at the end of the day, it’s not acceptable to treat customers like hot garbage. You pay them to do a job, and it’s obvious by mine and several other reviews, they are not doing it. I’m not one to even make reviews but this situation basically ruined my whole night so it’s not to be taken lightly. Everyone has bad days, do better. Very disappointing.
If I could give zero stars I would the assist manager is lazy and needs to ensure that people are more attentive to the orders I came through the drive through twice being patient and After two times they still couldn’t get it right and the only thing she can say is come back up there if I didn’t have a car that would be a huge inconvenience I simply asked for a bacon and cheese potato and couldn’t even get the simplest order.
Absolute clown show run so inefficiently I'm surprised it's still open. Drive thru or lobby (when it's actually open) are ridiculously slow. Crew is rude damn near disrespectful and low class. I don't think anybody expects top class restaurant service here but they also don't want to wait all day then get ghetto served with their baconator.
Service was slow. Drive thru didn't seem to move or know what was on ..... gave me my order, drink had no ice.... asked for a glass of ice.. seemed like I asked for the impossible
Fast service. Inside was not open so had to go through the drive thru but the people were nice!
Literally waited 35 minutes just to get to the speaker then had to wait 10 more minutes food will arrive even though it was called in early as a doordash if I can wait this zero Stars I would rate it negative four. Just watched free cars leave
I'm gonna give you guy's 5 stars. Not because I waited in line tonight for 40 minutes tonight but because you guys have always delivered. 1 bad night doesn't take away a good reputation. So with that being said, I'd like to offer some advice. Communication is key. Do not fret. Do not falter. It's just food. You guy's keep each other in check and hold your heads up high. And if a team member has their head down, the next person should lift it up high...Where it belongs...
Teamwork! Communication! Get it done!
