I both by food and Doordash with my husband so I'm in there often. The food is always fresh and hot. They take my specific order and get it right. The manager Rox is an asset to the company, he keeps that place running like a fine oiled machine even in the crazy midnight hour him and his exceptional staff pull it off!!!
Ordered a Dave's triple via DoorDash & the patties were RAW. Tried calling the store & nobody answered at all. This store needs to get the Health Department called on it. Absolutely disgusting. You can get people sick with Food Poisoning with raw hamburger. Do better!!!!
Nothing personal, like all of the fast food entities throughout the country, the burgers, etc., are WAY OVERPRICED!
A recent media article mentioned that Wendy's has the HIGHEST PRICING when ranked against McDonald's, BurgerKing, etc.
We recently had the #1 and #7 meals, and the cost was around $27 ... wow!
This Wendy's location has really fallen off. There's not many other places to grab a quick meal around here, so this location is important to the area. The management is probably doing the best they can with the available workers, so it's a shame all around. If any staff is reading this.. HAVE SOME PRIDE IN YOUR WORK !!! IT DOESN'T MATTER IF YOU CLEAN TOILETS OR ARE THE US PRESIDENT.. YOUR JOB IS IMPORTANT & PEOPLE ARE COUNTING ON YOU TO DO YOUR BEST EVERY DAY. BE AN EXAMPLE TO YOUR FELLOW STAFF MEMBERS & SHINE☆
I ordered French toast sticks, and they were not cooked enough. I was grossed out. Any other time ok
When you buy anything to take out, you better ask them to open your order to see that it is right. Two or three times, when I got home, after ordering when the place was empty, they gave me the wrong food. And that was after they read it back to me three times to see that was what I wanted. Instead of a chicken sandwich, I got a dried out hamburger.. and this was the third time. I live close to Wendy's, but won't go back. They apparently could care less and dump anything on the grill in your bag.
Fast service and really good fast food. The dining room is very clean.
