The young gentleman name was Gage or Gabe. He is a keeper. He put gloves on and checked every item in our order to ensure it was fine correctly as lactose intolerance is a issue in our family. He was very kind and friendly as well. First time anyone has done so much for their customers in our own experience. Perfect service. Great meals.
The food was good. I had the chili,it's always good,but today there was a very special lady there. She was an older woman, she was very polite and told me if I took the survey on the receipt I could get a free cookie or a frosty. She was very adamant about me taking that survey but very polite so I did it. Good food and good service that day. It was a good day.
As you might expect, the parking lot and dining area were clean and well lit. We arrived not long before the dining room closed, but the staff was friendly and didn't rush us at all.
On January 7th I bought the apple pecan chicken salad . Iv ordered it for years but could you pleas quit putting old, hard cold chicken on it . It’s bad enough I have to pay a lot for but tip-off get this quality of food is awful. DO BETTER ❗️and they forgot my son’s fry’s ????
It's Wendy's...I went through the drive-thru. The service was good and fast...except for the order taker telling me to get out of line because I didn't know what we wanted until looking at the menu. That was kinda rude. I got my food, but it was all wrong and cold. The only thing hot was the fries! I can even tell you what we ordered!
This Wendy's is horrible. I literally was the only person who with my family was sitting inside and they managed to give me a totally different sandwich than what I ordered. When I went to counter to address it all the idiots inside just looked at me and turned their heads. Didn't even get someone else to help me. I was literally saying "hello" calmly to get help. No one helped until one guy decided to do his job and turn around. He acted like I just should be happy with what I got. Then someone yelled from the back that it would be 6 minutes. What the hell! Literally no one else was there, then others came in and got their food and my family member had to keep going up to ask about my food. I was so angry and felt disrespected by idiots. I will never go back! THEY NEED TO DO THEIR JOBS! I WAS CALM AND ASKED NICELY AND THEY STILL ACTED LIKE THEY DIDNT WANT TO HELP ME. CORPORATE NEEDS TO COME IN.
They use way to much sauce on their sandwiches, the spicy chicken sandwich might as well been a chicken nugget it was so small. I'm always disappointed when I eat here.
Pretty basic and fast food is just so fast anymore it's like they don't try to make it good anymore. The bathroom needed .attention this was in the commode and I had to get an employee to remove it because it would not go down. The last guy had to be sore
