I was really impressed at the upgrades to the Staffing and store. It was an extremely hot day and homeless people were not filling up the inside. The bathroom was very clean and staff were friendly and the food was relatively good. If you like Wendy's and you happen to be floating through the island I'd recommend it now that they've made some good changes thanks guys for a great experience
The staff at this location can be a little more friendlier and mindful when they are putting together sandwiches especially when they are adding lettuce and tomatoes to make sure the lettuce isn't wilted and people aren't getting the end of a tomato with the core still showing they should really be throwing that out. The french fries could be a lot fresher we had to go back in and get fresh freeze because they were cold and that's so great tasting being that they sat out for a while.
Charge me almost $11 for two junior bacon cheeseburgers and a four piece nugget when the total clearly said on the receipt $8.21
At the bottom of the receipt it said change $2.55
When I showed the cashier the receipt she responded with idk but it's not coming out of my drawer
Employee of the year award?
Still waiting on a call from upper management for the last week! I'll continue to wait because not a single employee can be bothered to pick up what in today's society is called a telephone ????

We went in at 10:30 and the cashier asked the manager if we could get a burger. The manager said NO THEIR NOTHING READY YET!! he was rude to us and the cashier. When we walked away, I heard the manager say to the cashier why, did, you even ask me that!! The menu for lunch was on the board, so that's why we asked for a burger . This manager should not be working with public!! And the cashier was just doing her job!! This manager should apologize to this cashier. We will never go to that Wendy's in Merritt Island just because of that manager. We left without anything because of his attitude!!!!
Unfortunately it is impossible to eat here. Very dirty. The food is very old and looks the same. It's impossible to drink Coke, I think donkey u r in e tastes better
I specifically went for the Creamsicle shake and the machine wasn't working so was disappointed about that,we did eat and that was all fine tho
It's just okay for a couple of reasons. It's in need of a upgrade. All the seating and carpet is dated. Some of the windows were dirty. The kitchen area also looked dated. They have no tap and pay yet they have some sort of viewing screen of what you are purchasing. I could not understand what it was trying to show me as my order was taken or why they even have it in the first place? I did notice that they have a newer card reader installed.
No tap and pay means they are living in the past. How inconvenient when everywhere else has it. The music was too loud. The genre was from the 80's. It was difficult to back out of the parking space from the front entrance due to the location of the drive thru.
The food was hot and fresh and prepared correctly. No complaints about that.
Yeah, the food is good, but they literally close the restaurant whenever they want, I have gone there like five times before at least five hours before they close, and they will just shut down the restaurant because they don’t feel like serving people The staff and the management are literally trash. The first time it happened. I went at around 9 PM but the restaurant closes at 2 AM. Another time I went at around 1 PM, but they just said they were closed when everyone was still there and then again today I went 2 hours before they closed but they just turned me away and said they were closed. someone needs to rip down their sign that says they are open until at least 12 AM.
