They gave me a bad salad that looks like it’s been sitting out all day. The cheese is warm and melted and the lettuce has wilted. There is water at the bottom of the salad from condensation and looks like it’s just been sitting out of the fridge all day ????????. Don’t go to Wendy’s south holland IL. The night crew have the whole place smelling like weed. I got the salad from the day crew. Just a bad experience. They’re playing a lot at the drive thru window with each other etc. Don’t go to the Wendy’s on 159th. Don’t go to the south Holland IL Wendy’s. I also included photos of the salad.
Food was decent. I used my T-Mobile Tuesday app for the free Spicy Chicken. It's a B rated chicken sandwich. Just enough spice to it for the taste buds. It's not a Popeyes chicken sandwich but hits the spot.
Had problems with the app but can't blame the store.
I'm old school and still love the baked potato with sour cream. Can't go wrong there. This is my first time back to this location in about 2 years and it's in my town.
Unfortunately, last time I had chili in the afternoon and in my cup of chili was two big pieces of plastic wrapping from maybe the chili packaging and the metal twist closing for a bag. Thank God I didn't hurt my mouth but a poke but the manager wanted to blame it on the morning crew that was new and probably make the mistake of cutting the chili out the bag wrong.
What's wrong with that: it was almost 6pm and please don't tell me that's the same chili from 10am.
So I won't get the chili ever again from any location. Just to be on the safe side. 2nd time this has happened at a Wendy's at another location.
The potato wedges were thin as paper. The French toast sticks were thin and burnt plus I didn’t get any syrup. The sandwich was cold and dry. 0/10 I do not recommend Wendy’s breakfast. I should’ve gotten McDonald’s!
Certainly was not overly impressed. Nothing particularly grabbed my attention, For two cheeseburgers, a medium fry, and a large drink the order was accurate however a tad on the slow side. Food temperature was good, dining area was clean and kept. Wendy's is drastically overpriced, the value for the meal just doesn't add up.
Manager was disrespectful to emoyees called them dumb dumber & dumbest. Told them they getting her nerve. Will not be visiting that particular Wendy's

Surprisingly the Sandwiches was on point, Hot and good. Fries were fresh and hot, Really surprised! Chicken nuggets were not!
I guess 2 out of 3 wasn't bad but I paid for those too so I expect the chicken nuggets to be right too!
Managers set the tone and this dude had a funky attitude for no reason. I was nothing but nice. He kept slamming the drive thru window. No wonder the rest of the staff was mad and also terrible. No hi no thank u not even you're welcome when i said thank u. If u don't like your job bro, QUIT!!
Do not use your CREDIT CARD here be cautious or just don't go. Not worth it. I was charged twice showed the manager both accounts and he still wouldn't give me refund. Then I called corporate and was told this location don't have a refund button or was taken away do to inside theft with employees. Her words! Be carful! I had to file a dispute with my bank to get my money back.
