ordered a 10pc nuggets, the last chicken at the bottom came with literal pewbe looking hair on it. hopefully a chin hair? i’m sick to my stomach wondering how many other hairs i missed before finding this bruh i am gagging
I live a few blocks from the 88th and Washington location. This place beats the brakes off that one. My food is always fresh and doesn’t look or taste like it was under a heat lamp. My order comes out exactly how I ordered it. Customer service is great and the dining area is always clean. I started going here after I had appointments in the area. This place does not disappoint and is seriously the only Wendy’s I’m going to.
Honestly, this Wendy's used to be ok, but now it's not great at all. We didn't realize it was already 12:30 and they were kind of rude about closing in half an hour. They also took our order properly and charged us the correct amount but we didn't even get what we ordered. We got a double (which was supposed to be a son of a baconator), and we were supposed to get a 4 for $5 but didn't even get the burger (a Jr. Bacon Cheese burger).
We did call but they couldn't give us a refund unless we went all the way back with the food they gave us (one ate fries on the way home & we started drinking our drinks). Or they could refund the burger we never got but we'd still have to drive all the way back. It's not ideal, but it can be done. Tonight we couldn't and we just ultimately decided it wasn't worth it.

This location isn't worth coming to.
I don't go to Wendy's often so when I did I order the Dave's double combo with a small frosty. I ordered a large tea ad well. The total was almost $16.00. I got home and after the third bite realized one of the two patties was completely raw. I am not a person that likes rare, or medium rare. Any meat I eat is cooked through completely. The site of the bright pink patty with the third bite just taken made me sick. Everything eaten came up and went in the bag. I ended up throwing everything away except the tea. The frosty went in the freezer but got tossed the next day. I was disappointed and completely grossed out. I understand rare meat is like by many but I. not one of them.
Ordered a baconator. The patties were hard and old and the bun was hard on one side. It must have been made a long time ago. Just gross. The fries were room temperature. I don’t get how they could serve such old food.
It's a beautiful location and lobby, and the food I've gotten there has always been fresh and very good. Sadly the soda machine stops working at random, happens every visit, and is super laggy and slow when it does work.
Also the 2 times I've gotten a regular iced coffee it was super watered down, $3 down the drain each time. I even waited a week before giving the coffee a 2nd chance. I ordered ahead on their mobile app so no way to get a refund, once they get your money Wendy's doesn't care.
Avoid using the Wendy's mobile app and don't get iced coffee, otherwise this location isn't too bad.
The workers here are not nice, have an attitude problem and overcharge thinking that customers won't notice. Basically calls me a freeloader because I use the frosty keytag and ordered a senior coffee which they ring up as a large coffee (these items are supposed to be free). I hear them whining & complaining and talking smack in the kitchen, very unprofessional. Also, this place has a MOLD problem. My tomatoes were moldy on my burger and the onions were filmy and slimy. The burgers are always bland unsalted old cold dry meat and the fries are always soggy and cold. The Seasoned Wedge Potatoes in the morning have been moldy lately and don't taste right. They taste like wet soil. This isn't right. That's a health hazard. This place needs a health inspection. They are ALWAYS short on workers and the lobby is ALMOST ALWAYS closed. This is the very WORST Wendy's location.
Just went threw three drive thru and they got my whole order wrong both sandwiches I'm not sure how you mess up such a simple job but they managed to and my fries were basically raw. I just called corporate Wendy to get my money back cause there no point wasting time with the monkeys in the store they can't even put the right sandwiches in your bag
