Well, the super slow service, wrong food, and the restaurant was not clean. Other than that, I guess it was okay. I ordered a double stack and got a chicken sandwich. Then they gave me a double stack without anything on it. I gave up after that. No manager on sight just teens that seemed clueless.
I had the Son of Baconator combo. The food was good, the service was decent, and the atmosphere was nice. They scored 100% on their last food safety audit, so that is a huge plus.
I cannot share my food experience here, because noone would even speak to us. We stood there for a good 15 minutes they looked at us and never spoke to us. There was a gentleman that came in behind us, they greeted him. If I had to base Wendy's on this experience I would never go back. I am not from here and wanted something familiar that I knew and liked. Thank you to KFC who welcomed us and was able to feed our family.

The staff refused to acknowledge us even though they looked directly at us Never asked for our order or came to the counter. I would give them zero stars but, the app won't let me. Would love to talk with the owner of this franchise.
Went to order 2 frostys. The lady was rude to the customer in front of me and then was rude to me. She was huffing and puffing.
One star because it will not let me leave a 0. Would not even acknowledge us last night when we went inside to place a large order. Looked at us and turned their backs. Would love to speak with franchise owner.
Employes to damn high to even do there job took 20mins to get my food and other ppls food one customer had to keep hollering so someone would take his order employees hanging over the counter joking and cussing with there friends this place is a disaster no wonder the lobby empty won’t waste my money anymore there wish could get a refund
Bought s bacon nator the bun was wet had to through it in the trash. You think for 14 dollars American you would take better care in order to serve a more palatable product. Dave Thomas would be very disappointed ????. This customer not happy at all will not be returning.
