This place is a really good place if you wanted to get cold fries when i was in there trying to eat a burgeer some bum started banging on the glass trying to get in and when i left he came to my window and started begging! Then thees tables are more crusty than my foot! Horribe!
Fries were cold too than the weather outside.
I ordered food through the app. Never received. When I contacted them I was treated like a liar and told there would be an investigation. ??? What the poopy? I just wanted my food and when not delivered to not be charged. Ordered through the app a couple times and never had issues, but now .. It's like a darned legal allegation? Or something?. So confusing.
So I went through the drive through and paid up to 10.00 dollars for a spicy chicken sandwich, and what a huge disappointment it was disgusting As I drove away and took a bite it was like balls of tuff nerves of I don’t even want to think about what it was made of. Needless to say I drove back to Wendy’s on Cerrillos Road and walked inside and spoke to the manager and he kindly replaced it for me with a hamburger instead thank you Jose the manager. he is a kind, hardworking, honest person.????????????????????????????????
Avoid this Wendy’s. My family usually likes Wendy’s but our experience last night was ridiculous. If you spend $55 dollars to feed your family it’s odd when the food is ready just as we finished getting our drinks. The burgers were cold and dry, fries were cold.
This food did not meet our or Wendy’s expectations. I understand not wanting to throw out old food but please don’t sell it for $55 dollars. The manager was also rude to the customers and employees.
Just ordered the #7 (Double Bacon Cheeseburger) meal, and ordered water with my meal.
First things first, don't waste $10 dollars on this meal, you can get the exact same burger off the value menu, literally the same burger but to be fair they do add an additional cheese with the #7.
Additionally, don't order a $10 meal and ask for water, they will give you a $.99 water bottle.
Finally, the customer service at this location was lacking. She almost gave us the wrong order and forgot to give me my card, she also didn't give us a receipt, she slammed the window after giving us our food. Definitely not deserving of a $15 minimum wage salary.
I will say, the burger was really good though. Ill get the same burger off the value menu at a different location most likely.
I use my app to get $5 off. And it didn't work. What's the point of an app? If it doesn't work, they scanned it. And everything. I wonder if the guy with the ponytail in there. Rip me off for the extra five bucks pretty shady.
This place has bad awful customer service. Me and my husband went to order thru the drive thru alittle bit before they closed and the lady started taking our order and then just disappeared and didn't say nothing at all. We sat their for a min saying "hello" like what happened are you there? Finally we just pulled up to the window and they left us waiting their to so we had to honk our horn. Finally an older Mexican guy came to the window and didn't even open it all the way just enough to tell us that they were closed. I mean the lady started taking our order and she could have told us something but no instead just leaves us waiting anddisappears. Thats horrible to do that to your customers, thats awful service. It makes me not even wanting to ever go back there. Their rude workers and have BAD CUSTOMERSERVICE!!!!!.
Ordered door dash, the order came out completely wrong, bot the dashers fault. When we called Wendy's, they put the phone off the hook and walked away. I was gonna let it go until I was disrespected by them like this, so guess who is gonna se me tomorrow to explain this, we have been trying to call back after we have hung up an hour ago and they still have the phone off the hook.
