Update today. Fries were excellent. Counter service also excellent. Burger continues to severely underperform. My advice continues to be the same regarding the Wendy's burger. As it's being provided, at least at this franchise, it's a tasteless, dry, minimalist and unappealing sandwich (photo below).
Average burger this time--but it could easily be better. The weakness, easily fixed and costing a couple more pennies total on a nearly $6 simple burger/chicken sandwich, is to actually have the sandwiches sold to the public look like the products being advertised. How? Instead of a 1/4 penny paper thin slice of tomato, provide a 2 penny worth thick cut tomato slice. Instead of 1/10 penny worth of lettuce, provide a 1 penny worth of thicker lettuce. Sell what's advertised. As it is now, the food is 20%-25% overpriced even given the current inflation. This is an insult to the patrons having to pay more than the sandwich is worth.
Placed order and put food wasn't made. We waited 30 minutes for them to prepare 2 hamburgers. We were told they forgot about us. We were standing there the entire while other peoples orders came and went. Cashier thought it was funny and gave us a free fry. This made me angry.
I came to Wendy’s at 6:30am to order breakfast for my staff at our healthcare facility. Just to be told they don’t open until 7am. Why if yall don’t open until 7am?; per Ember I believe that was the employee I asked. Your online business hours says you open at 6:30am. You should probably update that.
Just waited over 30 minutes in the drive thru to get a frosty. They told us they quit serving frosties for the day. So we ordered fries instead. When we finally got to the window all we heard were people screaming the f word at each other. Needless to say we won’t be back. The fries were good, though.
The manager here doesn’t do her Job.. Every time I go to this place she’s outside smoking. She doesn’t care . This place would be so much better off to close down!!! People need to stop supporting this sorry restaurant. They can’t keep anyone working, that should tell everyone something! Needs new management!!!
Food was cold and they forgot or just left out part of the order again. Poor service and very slow. Would recommend McDonald’s or Hardee’s or a pizza over this option.
I figure I come to Wendy's for lunch. I waited 30 minutes in drive thru. I am so upset. I ordered a medium combo Single Nacho Cheeseburger and I don't think they gave me the right order. I had no choice, but to eat it. I am so very upset because I was wanting to try the Nacho Cheeseburger. I would have gone back to get it right, but I didn't have time and I didn't want to be late for work.
This place is hit or miss. Today I ordered a bag and they charged me a dollar extra for getting lemonade. They didn’t even put in a straw and they also got my sauce wrong. There were only 2 of us in the drive thru and it still took forever. Idk they just seem to always forget something
