If I could give zero stars I would, as a chef I know how important it’s to practice food safety. When food comes off the grill or out the grease it should be temped. So to receive raw chicken which can cause so many problems. I’ve being calling phone is giving a dial tone since breakfast.
The cashiers were on point but the baconator was not. It was horrible. Wheres the Bacon? I was wondering as I bit into it.
I rarely give 5 stars, I NEVER give one star. This particular location has earned one star... At 12:30 pm I witnessed a customer come in highly respectful with the store associates with a complaint about his food. One associate was nice, but The staff stood around for about ten minutes, talking. The customer asked for his money back because of the wait. And the portly female MANAGER then became belligerent and disrespectful. Attempting to make the customer get the burger out of the garbage to get his refund. It's sad that people come to work and don't want to work. How do people work in customer service without customer service skills. Let alone the manager/shift lead.... Pathetic... And the killer was my food was hard as well ..
Placed order in app. At the drive-thru the cashier was unable to locate my order for 5+ minutes while it rained in my car! At the window the service wasn’t the friendliest. Drove off to start eating my food and the fries were ice cold. As if they served them to me on purpose. I immediately called 3x and the phone was off the hook!!!! I’ve complained through the app yet have heard nothing. Do not go to this location. Or any as Wendy’s as a corporation is inconsistent and hires miserable employees.
I ordered the potato wedges, french toast sticks, and sausage and egg breakfast croissant. The french toast sticks were tasteless and undone in the middle and the “seasoned” wedges were inconsistent. Some were salty tasting, some had no taste, and some were spicy (pepper).The croissant looked and tasted like a burger bun. This is the absolute worst tasting breakfast I have ever had. This was my first and last time ordering breakfast from Wendy’s. My advice, just go to Dunkin Donuts, they are located in the same parking lot.
Wow.... there's no way of explaining how poorly this location is run. The drive thru has a line morning noon and night.is it due to high volume of customers or poor service? There's only so many things on the Wendy's menu that can be ordered so I'll go with poor service. When I tell you these people are SLOW I mean SLOW! I've been serviced in a busy airport more efficiently than this. And that's just the drive through. So my second attempt to patron this establishment I said to myself "try the inside, surely it's faster" and low and behold it is in fact not. They don't have cashiers, they have kiosks. The kiosks were frozing and unable to even accommodate the customers orders. I was working on the kiosk for an unimaginable amount of time before asking for assistance. Nobody came to help until the next customer complained then the worker who was sitting down on her phone reluctantly and I do mean reluctant, got up to take our order. Why are the kiosks malfunctioning? Lord knows. Anyway don't come here unless you have time and a lot of it. I wasn't in a rush but still wasted too much time for a biggie bag. Oh and they didn't even get my order right. Forgot to put the bacon on the burger
If you are not servicing the drive through then communicate that -Put out a sign or SOMETHING pretending like it doesnt exist isnt good business- wont ever be back! Owner you need to check up on your business..your people are lacking and slacking. Manager this definitely wasnt the finest moment.
The kiosk screens were barely work I hurt my knuckles pressing the buttons over and over to continue my order. Took 5+minutes to order my food, then couldn’t pay at the kiosk, took another 5+ minutes to have THE MANAGER, GRISELDA take my card payment. Finally after 15 for my food, the manager GRISELDA gave me a 4 piece nugget when I ordered 10, gave me a single cheese burger with bacon nothing else when i ordered a DAVES SINGLE COMBO…. So I paid 15.59 for a 4 for 4…
