Went to drive thru first thing I asked for was the sweet deal a drink and the cinnamon roll no not this time of day only during breakfast. Then I asked for a biggie bag which on menu board said 5 dollars what’s the drink strawberry Fanta sauce sweet and sour $6 get to window the board says $5 he said take it up with general manager he hasn’t updated the board it’s been $6 for a year. Pay him and go through bag there are spicy nuggets in the bag. We never stated we wanted spicy nuggets gave the bag he pushed the bag back in the window and started to argue he’s not taking them back because we touched the bag we pull off from window come in door he yells and comes running full force for us to get out of his store we tell him again no one asked for spicy nuggets for a 1 year old Child He grabs a box starts throwing nuggets in the hard and yelling while stuttering get out My store asked his name proudly said Michael I have been told that Ohio certain cities don’t welcome Black Americans now I know rot io ever go again by the way most Kids see McDonalds sign and want a happy meal Mines sees the wendys and wants nuggets and I would hope You will address this this could have ended with a fist fight or worse none of the workers came to help they all let this person working the drive thru at 730 carry on and never asked him to stop even had customers dining inside and he wouldn’t give the receipt to see if the register rang up $6
Every time that we go to this Wendy's location they always get my dang Burger order wrong.
I asked for a burger with lettuce pickle ketchup and burger patty with buns nothing else not even a mention of cheese.
Every single time three times in a dang row I've got cheese on my burger and this time was the worst they just gave me dang cheese on my burger not even pickles just cheese.
The chicken nuggets are okay and so is the fries but they always get my burger order wrong.
The atmosphere is okay as well they just mess up the food way too often.
MINIMUM WAGE MINIMU EFFORT THATS ALL THAT NEEDS TO BE SAID.........
Pay your people a fair wage, and maybe they will have an incentive to move faster than the speed of smell or possibly care about customer service.
A Gentleman named Bryan actually made My Visit Here Super Special & Memorable... He has a real good Heart and Because of Him I'll be back as Often as I can!! Fabulous Job, Wendys, Y'all hit a Home Run hiring on This Kid!!
Service was good but the food was not the best. Got the kids nuggets and had to try one and they was dry and old. Even the patties was cold.
We were driving through the area last month & placed a pickup order through the app at this location. They somehow “lost” the order & by the time that we actually got our food it had been sitting for at least a half hour. Food might have actually been good had it been given to us when the order was ready. Extremely aggravating- hopefully their service is better on average than the night we visited.
Food was incredible, staff was super nice and kept us updated on what items they were still working on. We had a pretty large order and recieved everything in just a few minutes. Everything was hot and fresh!
This wendys isn't too bad. They usually are pretty fast and nice there. But every single time I get fries it's half full. I used to work at wendys and I get it but cmon. This is just sad. This isn't even a small fry and I ordered a large.
