Came in at around 8:45pm. One of the two doors was locked with no signage, so I had to walk around to the other side—which wouldn’t be so big an issue, except there are no sidewalks do I had to walk in front of cars the whole way.
Once inside, I stood at the counter for several minutes without being acknowledged. Lots of staff looked right at me but never said a word to me (not even “I’ll be right with you,” etc.). The staff were laughing and joking loudly with one another while ignoring me.
Overall I felt extremely disrespected, which is a shame because I usually have a top-tier experience at this location when I stop in at lunchtime. I ultimately left without buying anything, after standing awkwardly at the counter for several minutes.
When I received my sprite I noticed there was a brown tint (look at the photo) clearly they don’t clean their soda machines!
This location is absolutely terrible. The management is embarrassing and lacking any kind of customer service skills. In turn, the twenty something’s that are SUPPOSED to be working there gain nothing to better themselves.
Here's the 2 buns with lettuce tomato and mayo I received with NO BURGERS. Unbelievable! I, also, didn't receive the baked potato I ordered. That I wouldn't have minded so much. Someone forgetting to put an item in the bag I get. But not putting a burger on a bun is a totally different matter. Customer service assisted me...but beware!
THEY DON'T listen to your order... I have an egg allergy and ordered no egg and not only was my order ready and waiting EARLY.... It was effing wrong! BIG FAT SLOPPY EGG ON MY SANDWICH AT THE END OF BREAKFAST.
food was fine and service was quick, though the burger fell out of its wrapper into the bag and i had to go into the store afterwards to get a spoon for a frosty
Stopped for a quick bite. We both got the $5 Biggie Bag. Service was quick and my order was correct.
Fantasticly put together (one of the best *looking* fast food items I've EVER been served) and tasty burger, hot fresh fries and a clean environment. Knocked it out of the park today, thank you to the whole lunch team today!!
