Our cashier was so kind & helpful taking our order! Very young man but tons of personal meant for hospitality! Our food was fresh & hot! Had our dinner under 2 min! Fresh Lettuce & Tomato! Fries were so tasty! We love this location!
These people get so mad if you order more than one meal. So rude! Drivethru staff are horrible, beware!!!!
This is one of the worst Wendy’s every time I give a chance!!! They are rude, your order is never right, and food is most generally cold!
Always COLD fries even when I asked for fresh fries. Wendy's are all the same anymore. Never fix hamburgs as you want them. I always ask for no cheese and I always get cheese! We use to eat there a lot but not anymore! We were traveling and Wendy's was the only good place convenient for where we were. Otherwise we pass them by anymore.
Always good food. This visit stuck out because of super friendly and helpful employee!
They made my salad incorrectly according to my order, my burger was so cold that the cheese wasn't melted at all, the chilli had giant chunks of hamburger meat that were pink inside, and was given cold fries and a soda to sub for my baked potato, which they told me would be an hour wait. Woman at the register was on her phone when I picked up my order and when I went to return it. Makenzie gave me a full refund and was very polite to me.
This Wendy’s always gets my order right and doesn’t mind any of my special requests (substituting, extras, etc.)They are all polite and friendly, I always have a big order. The food is was hot, especially the fries and I enjoy the different flavors of lemonade. This time I tried the Blueberry Pomegranate and it’s delicious. I will continue to visit this Wendy’s in Milton, WV.
Poor experience went thru the drive thru ordered a large combo and extra drink. I get home and didnt get the correct order. Try to call the store multiple time no answer. If i could give no stars i would
