I was very impressed with the service. I have been to some other Wendy's in Florida. And so far this is the best one. The drive through was fast, the food is hot, amazing customer service. Being from Jacksonville, this is the best one. I got maple bacon and egg. Excellent!!
Friendly, but had to wait for my coffee ☕️. Food great. Kid friendly. Went today they were very friendly food was hot and loved it. Great smiles on everyone face . My server in the window was Joshua very friendly and helpful. Gave me everything I was needing to go with my breakfast. Good start to my morning Thanks ????
Overall, a nice clean place, friendly service etc. The fries are VERY salty. They made my burger wrong but said to keep the other one since they are just gonna throw it out. I'm not in Maitland very often but if I am again, I will go there again.
I ordered a croissant sandwich and potatoes this morning. It was so good, to the point that I feel like Joseph should get a raise. The store manager, Michael, is a really good manager. Very nice, polite and has awesome customer service. These things are why I only go to this Wendy's. Keep up the great work.
Got a Dave's double it was hot and juicy just like the commercial said they were in the old days service was hot and fresh store was a little dirty had some water on the floor but it was right after a lunch rush so I guess that's kind of expected but the burger was great fries were hot and fresh
Extremely disappointed with the service I had today. Between this Wendy’s and the one on JYP something is always DOWN. This time the scanner was broke! So, I couldn’t use my COUPON in the app! In this economy every dollar counts! The lady at the window didn’t even want to give me my receipt.
Every time I go I get a worse impression of the place. this time I ordered 2 baconator and a chocolate frosty, I confirmed that it was chocolate, however they didn't care and they gave me a strawberry frosty. When trying the hamburgers we were surprised that it was not a baconator, but a normal hamburger, it did not even have bacon. a disappointment the attention of the place
A little slow during breakfast time but it’s always hot and yummy. It’s worth the wait done I always visit this Wendy’s after work.
I like their French toast & breakfast fries.
