OK we went as kids wanted to try it as heard name in films and TV etc. Same as all brands now no guest service order on a screen. Not complicated order but took about 20 mins to collect by this time kids were hungry. Food was OK with salad being very good but sauce loaded with calories. Not in a rush to go back or try again average experience
Worst Wendy’s I’ve ever been too. My Dave’s double was dry, the chili was spicy, the jr. Cheeseburger had a bun that was twice the normal size, chicken nuggets were hard, and the fries were cold.
Wendy’s is really just the standard of fast-food these days and thankfully this location, after multiple visits, lives up to that. I used to frequent my old Wendys so much the employees joked with me that I should just work there. But how can you blame me? The whole Biggie Bag deal always solves lunch for me. A small sandwich, fries, nuggets, sauce and a drink for $5-$7 is a very hard to beat deal. The employees here are also very friendly and treat me with respect, including Ms. Samara, and I still have yet to have a problem with my order (surprising given the negative feedback here on Google!) As for the location itself, it’s probably the smallest location I’ve been to. Not necessarily a bad thing but it does suck when it’s the middle of daytime and you can’t find a table with shade. They do maintain the bathrooms well enough though so that’s always a good thing.
Overall, this Wendy’s is very good. Well worth the slightly higher prices for their premium combo meals, especially if you’re a tourist to SeaWorld and didn’t want to overspend for the food there. Dave’s Double Biggie bag paired with strawberry lemonade goes a long way.
Went through the drive through tonight, ordered food from a very proficient and polite young man. That was the best part of the whole trip.
From there, the woman in the red polo shirt forgot a portion of our order as we started to drive away, one of the sandwiches was forgotten entirely, which required a second trip through the drive through, and when we finally got home, the film liner on the tinfoil wrap of my sandwich had somehow delaminated from the wrap, and adhered to my burger like so much peeling skin from a sunburn.
What we got and ate in our second lap through the drive through was mostly good and fresh, though the nuggets tasted like they had been fried much earlier and refried for my order. Overall, aside from the young man that took our order, I am completely disappointed in the experience.
The pretzel baconator was brought back: Hot, fresh, juicy, in other words good. I order a ice caramel coffee; never again. I tasted more water than coffee or ice. The best analogy: Dunkin Donuts, McDonald's and anyone except Wendy's.
The burgers! This Wendy's been on point. Why a four for atmosphere? My car.????
I never do this and very rarely eat fast food. But I don't think this is what a burger is supposed to look like
We waited as females for over 7 minutes being ignored to order frostys after we had ordered and ate our food. We gave up after being ignored for so long, and said we'd eat ice cream at home. There were 7 workers, and no others in line. Once we said out loud we'd eat ice cream at home, we left the front, a male came in, immediately serviced in under 45 seconds without asking for help and was given his frosty before we could get our bags and walk out the door.
The sexism, laziness or whatever the reason was, is honestly despicable and was incredibly disgustingly awful and truthfully hurt us horrendously. We won't be back to this establishment (we are locals ). Saddened by the terrible service after they had been polite when we first arrived
