Nice restaurant that feels clean. The service lacks any concern for the customer as the staff ignores customers until management makes them acknowledge the presence of people waiting for service. The prices are getting to be unworthy of the food presented. There are Coke machines at this location that allows great selection of drinks and the cookies were decent. I wish Dave was still around to see how small servings are getting and how little there is concern for anyone inside the service area. Much like many competitors of large size, the concern seems to be all about drive thru.
Went to the Argyle location and ordered the new Loaded Nacho burger. I asked to hold the corn. The burger was not at all what I expected. They withheld not only the corn chips but the tortilla strips also! The burger was so FLAT! I called to report the problem. The employee, Joshua, was very helpful and offered to replace the burger, explaining that the corn chips and tortilla strips are combined. The manager, Sandra, overheard the conversation and took the phone from the employee in order to inform me that they would not replace the burger that I should have asked for them on the side. I explained that I did not get what I paid for and had I known they were combined, I would have either requested them on the side or ordered something different. This manager has POOR customer service skills and treated me as though I was a beggar! I paid $21.48 for food that was not worth it! On top of that the bread was stale!!
The only good thing about the experience is that the fries were hot and the employee had more customer skills than the manager. I will not only not return but do not recommend this location. I am also contacting my card company for dispute.
Just came through the drive through to be told that the system wasn't working. Looked to be 3 people in the store still preparing food. Person with a headset was chatting with what looked to be an interviee. Doors were locked to enter the building at around 9am.
The food was good for a spicy chicken sandwich, but that isn't what I ordered. The staff didn't seem to care that they had customers, did not seem to know the product, and the only thing they got right was the drink and the salty French fries. I paid extra for a totally different sandwich and didn't get it. It was late and I was tired, so I just ate it. They wouldn't have tried to make it right anyway. Their attitude sucked and I will never go back to that location. They definitely deserve minimum wage. Sorry to disturb them while they watch TikTok videos!
I honestly don’t know why this store is open the system is “always down” , There is always something wrong they always forget something or make the food wrong. (we have a food allergy) The employees are rude and rush you out the drive thru like they don’t want you there. I mean I wouldn’t wanna work there either. But you choose that job and you should do your job to your best ability. Please maybe retrain your employees?
Always seems to be an issue at this Wendy's. Had me pull forward for two wraps and 3 frostys, I feel like that's a small order especially when I'm one of two cars currently there. Drive through staff is friendly but you can hear weird comments through the headset.
My initial mobile order didn't go so well. I ordered a family chili and a couple baked potatoes and was told that these items weren't available when I got to the drive thru window.
I then said I would just cancel my whole order which was $35 and change. I proceeded to go to my order on the mobile app and it had no way to cancel and showed my card had already been charged.
I went back to the drive thru window and spoke to a manager whose name is Angeline. She also tried to help me navigate the mobile app to cancel the order but she also didn't see a way to cancel.
She then said if I would come back in about an hour she would make sure to have some chili made for me.
I reluctantly said ok and agreed to come back later. I wasn't hopeful at all at this point.
I came back later and Angeline was working on my chili as promised and offered me a free drink for my trouble. I watched as she rallied her team to assist with my order, as well as all the other people in the lobby with their orders. She delegates and knows she can depend on her team by the way she conducts herself.
Not only did she get my entire order made, she also gave me an extra family size chili for free.
She is an excellent leader and very sweet and customer focused!

This woman deserves a major raise!!
Awful service. Took about five minutes to complete payment, and while the lady waited slammed on my card multiple times. Also, the drive-through employee didn't ask if we were finished with our order and told us to pull forward. Will definitely not be going there and will not be recommending them anymore.
