I ordered the son of the baconator on a pretzel roll meal and got a poorly thrown together baconator. Cashier was rude and too busy goofing off. The manager had to come and give me my food and drinks.

Will you place a large order in this location? We were not even informed that they didn’t have any lettuce and they sold us sandwiches with just tomato and onion. They should’ve informed us that they were no lettuce on the sandwiches due to a shortage, but they still charges regular price I don’t think that’s fair.
Tried to get some food here (5/27/24) and stood at counter for nearly 10 minutes and no one acknowledged my family even though they saw us standing there. Yet, employees were yapping and didn't care that customers were in the building. We eventually just had to leave because they obviously weren't going to take any orders in person. What a crappy location. Never coming here again.
Ordered today around 4pm. Poor customer service and store in need of a health dept inspection! Other stores under Trish/Mat (District Managers) would never run like this. Poor personal hygiene of the manager and flies SMH. Worst Wendy’s I seen in my life, literally!
Stopped after work. Drive through line was painfully slow. However the personnel were very polite and friendly. Got a spicy chicken sandwich meal and an extra chicken sandwich and bill was over $18. Food was just ok. There was nothing on the extra sandwich. Just a small piece of fried chicken in the bun. Not cheap and not fast.
If I could give the service 0 stars I would. First, we had our change handed to us and the woman dropped it which isn’t really a big deal but then they forgot our drinks and we had to have them open the drive thru window again to hand them to us. Lastly, I mentioned I had ordered a meal and the woman goes “I didn’t charge you for the meal” and shut the window. I was in shock and I’ve never experienced something like that in my life. I know how hard food service can be but it does not give you the right to behave like that. I will not be coming back.
There's nothing necessarily wrong with the food itself, but my god are some of the drive thru staff miserable. It's not that I can't empathize with them either, but some of them act as if I'm the reason they're working at a Wendy's, or that I'm throwing a monkey wrench into their whole day for just ordering food.
You're better off just going to either of the two Wawa's that are in opposite directions of each other.
It seems to me an immense lack of respect for the customer, that the establishment is closed with staff inside and the GPS said open!! Besides, I had been parked outside for more than 30 minutes waiting for them to feel like opening the door when I try again it's still closed!!! So I have to eat in my car because they don't want to open the store? well no!! a little bit of respect for the customer please!!!!!
