Ordered a number three from drive-through. Paid at the window and was provided my drink. Was asked to move up as my order wasn’t ready and was told someone was going to bring it out to me after 12 cars going around me I went inside and asked where is my food Was told I was forgot about 22 minutes later. Not the first time this happened or something similar at this location. Also, I asked for sweet-and-sour sauce and was given a honey mustard and a barbecue didn’t notice until I was five minutes away down the road didn’t bother going back.
I didn't dine in so I am unsure about the dining room. I tried to order at the drive-thru but no one ever came to the speaker, so drove around & went inside to place the order. I ordered the 4 for 4 and I must say I was not impressed. I know it's a cheap meal but the burger was small & thin what happened to the size of the patty? I have not been to Wendy's in years, don't think I'll be back anytime soon.
Literally NEVER have frostys!! I asked when they break down the machine and the answer is they are always out until the truck... and then get laughed at, like what you say doesn't matter, as a paying customer.
The bacon DOUBLE stack had 1 patty and 1/2 bacon! The amount of salt on my fries were absolutely ridiculous!!
I was overcharged and disappointed ALL the way around.
The ONLY reason I gave the service a 2 star review is because the breakfast crew is ALWAYS friendly and accommodating. Morning shift should train night shift on how to keep product and customer skills 101!
I gave this place a 2 * because, while it had a nice atmosphere and is very clean, it does not appear food safety is a high priority.
We watched an associate walk outside to a waiting car to do a delivery. He then opened the door to the restaurant walked inside, lift his hat, SCRATCHED HIS HEAD, inside the restaurant, put his hat back on and proceeded to rejoin the food prep line.
I felt like I wanted to puke. Needless to say, this is our first and last stop here

We ordered from the cashier Hailey that was working tonight 4/18/24 and me and my brother ordered two cookies with our meals and we didn’t get either of the cookies and we didn’t get one of our drinks I would really like for this problem to be fixed and this girl be either fired or taught a lesson
I usually go through the drive thru when we go here but today I decided to go inside. While waiting to order our food the manager/supervisor went outside and yelled at an employee that was taking a break and told her to get back inside the lady had just went outside when we pulled up so she wasn't even out there for 5 mins. Then when the manager/ supervisor came back in they were saying that it's yall ain't taking no more breaks in front of everyone. Please learn how to talk to people and if someone is taking a 15 min break which is required leave them alone and let them enjoy their break they may need it dealing with a boss that talks to their employees like they are a child.
The food was nasty ,cold and ketchup all over the outside of the wrapper. Dining area wasn't clean and hardly anyone inside dining besides us.
