I came pretty late it was about 9 o’clock, we placed a mobile order. We got 3 bigger bags, two had frostys and one a strawberry lemonade, which I figure they might not have them because it was late and they didn’t, they said they would refund me but I wanted them replaced so instead I got a chocolate milk, a regular lemonade which ran out so they gave us a hi-c and let us have what did fill up the cup of lemonade, then I got a Coca-Cola which tasted like it was running out and had either vanilla or cherry in it, idk the taste was off. The service was great, they even gave us two sauces each which they usually only give one. But the sandwich weren’t very warm, the chick sandwich’s where kinds hard, the chicken nuggets were the only thing that was was warm and fresh. The fries in all of them were not filled all the way and were cold and hard, and no there were not fries on the bottom of the bag either they just weren’t filled very good. Also even tho it was late they were pretty stead so I don’t believe there is reason I should’ve gotten cold/old food. Also the drive thru did go thru pretty quickly.
Completely forgot my wife's sandwich. Had me pull forward after giving me my drinks and when my food was brought I verbally asked if the straws were in the bag the young lady said yes. By the time I got back to the hospital I realized the straws weren't in the bag. Normally wouldn't leave a bad review but considering I was the only person in the drive thru kinda seems unreasonable.
We haven't been here in awhile as the last trip was not good. Service has much improved.
Ordering was fast with a friendly cashier. Food was prepared fast, clean store, good overall experience.
Don't really have a lot to say. Not bad and not especially good. About what you'd expect from a fast food place
Ordered a meal and when I called with questions on the size of the food, as I was told by the employee that answered they “assume” what you would like on burgers. I’ve ordered the baconater several times.. it has alwayssssss come with 2 patties.. not ever have I receive single burger that looks like a jr bacon cheeseburger and wasted more than $10 on a single meal.. I’m so thankful I wasted my money. We will not be back! Trash food, trash service, and trash management!!
10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND!
Edit: I called and verified with other local facilities that they do not “assume” and the food served in this order is not just a junior bacon cheeseburger. They were kind at the other location and apologized on the behalf of this facility. I just want a refund.. too bad the only offer was $2 refunded if I went to this facility. The GM Dani was atrocious and rude!

Even though there was a line, the lady did an amazing job at getting everyone through quickly and with everything correct. Our food was hot and tasted fresh! Def 5 stars!
I placed an online order for a 10 piece nugget, baconator fries, a chicken nugget kids meal, a junior frosty and a small frosty. Our frostys were pretty much melted when we received them and baconator fries had barely any cheese or bacon even on them. I'm very disappointed with this Wendy's it has went down hill in the last six months. This is the second visit I've had these in the last month and both times I have been disappointed. Last time I ordered a crispy chicken sandwich and the chicken was so old and dry it was hard as a rock and I couldn't eat it. Do Better!
I have a hard time figuring out if the lobby is open. I noticed on Wednesdays they wont unlock the doors and wont let you in. This happened to me twice now. Never have any problems on other days.
They loose a lot of costumers because of that. Keep seeing people leaving. Its a shame. The food is great and the staff is very friendly otherwise.
