I ordered a baked potato and a few chilies for my family, I was very disappointed that the baked potato was not all the way done and the chili was more like soup, hardly no beans or meat and it was cold. Had to go through the drive thru cause the dining area was closed, which was fine except when I got to the window employees were to busy arguing with one another and didn't acknowledge that I was there for a while. I have been to this Wendy's before and sad to say I will not be returning.
This Wendy’s is extremely off putting for the fact of I understand their sizing in the morning is actually just a size down but there is an employee dark skinned and had glasses and we had asked for large frosty cream cold brews and gave us kiddie sized cups which is incorrect so they didn’t fix this mistake by giving us a larger cups but instead made us pay another $8 for another small sized cup when a large in the morning is a medium. Their attitudes were awful and the one that rung us up had this deadpan look and couldn’t help us after multiple explanations. Also note they have construction going on and we know they had the cups because the people inside had these large cups or medium.
My boyfriend waited for half an hour in the drive through and when he finally made it to the window the man brought out an extra sweet tea that we didn't order and spilled this sweet tea all over my boyfriends car (on the inside) didn’t even bring him napkins or anything to clean it up, and on top of all of this he forgot a key part of the order. Horrible experience and ruined my lunch with my boyfriend.
The guy at the counter messed up taking the order so many times i just took whatever he put in after four or five times of putting in wrong things. The wait for the food i didn’t really want was like ten minutes and they didn’t give me my drink that was supposed to come with it. Literally the worst Wendy’s experience in my entire life and on top of that i was still hungry and thirsty. I would avoid this Wendy’s and spend your money else where.
Went through the drive thru, had a little trouble with ordering my food, mostly because the car in front could have pulled up a few more feet, the lady taking my order couldn't hear me and it took a few times to get it right, but since I'm to lazy to walk my butt inside and order I get what I get. It was all good, crispy fries, hot chili and a drink. Food was good, would go there again.
I really enjoyed my visit to this particular location. I noticed the particular crew working that night really seemed to care about the job they were doing. Great customer service and the food was the best I've ever had at any Wendys location.
The managers took care of me. We all make mistakes. But when you take care of it without no fussing is the thing for me. She is awesome . Thanks for making sure my food is right.
Asked for light ice in drink it was full of ice.Asked for dipping sauce and didn't receive any sauce also no spoon for frosty.Rude service.
