Ordered a Biggie Bag Jr. Bacon cheeseburger and a Biggie Bag Double Stack. Ended up with a plain cheeseburger instead unfortunately the cashier doesn’t speak English well enough to understand the mistake. Finally the Manager resolved the issue however the food was poor as best, burger definitely not hot enough to be food safe. Fries were warm and the chicken nuggets were disgusting. Soda machine was out of a 1/3 of the flavors.
Could only leave a review by choosing a star. Visited last night. A boy locked the door of lobby 10 minutes prior to closing. Girl inside walked around on phone appearing to clean tables with headset on and laughing on her cell phone. Pulled to drive thru. She had an attitude and was hateful about every request made. As we added to our order she said “oh my god”. We then decided to pull around to window since there was such a problem. We asked for a manager, she informed us she didn’t know where they were and that no one else inside the Restraunt spoke English. She was not at all bothered by the fact that she was being so rude, disrespectful and short with us. We were traveling and had children with us. I tried to call customer care to only be placed on hold forever and calling the store disconnects. We usually do not complain and we have had some lousy service before but this was beyond that.
So I was in siesta key today and just wanted a burger and fries. Wendy's restaurant is usually my first choice when I get a yearning for burgers and fries. One of the cleanest Wendy's I've been in is at the corner of catamaran and anise intersection. The freshness of the food was absolutely amazing 5 ???? 4sure.
So the food was really good came out fast! The people that helped us were very nice! But the inside of the building needed to be cleaned and pick up! Bathroom was kinda messy as well.
Slow, inaccurate service. Cashier did not appear to speak English, although she eventually got our order correct. Two "expediter" managers did not get the food we ordered out. About 70% of the options on the Freestyle Fountain Coke machine we're unavailable, and ketchup dispenser in dining room was empty.
Disappointing overall.
If I had the option of giving zero stars I would.
Just wanted a quick snack so ordered nuggets and a small soda.
To start with I literally told myself as I was pulling into the drive-thru that I'd better not end up with nasty stale food like before. I pull up to order and was TOLD to wait a minute. You don't TELL people to wait, you ASK them to wait by way of magnets and say something to the effect of could you please give me a second and I'll be right with you.
Order my food and was again TOLD to "come to to the window. How about giving me my total and ASKING me to please pull forward.
Get to the window and exchange money for food and grabbed one of the nuggets and surprise surprise THE FOOD IS COLD AND STALE!! Said something right away and the woman sucks her teeth in annoyance and said to wait two minutes for fresh food. If I'm waiting for two minutes for fresh food then YOU KNEW YOU WERE PAWNING OFF BAD FOOD!! Why would you do that??!!!
So now it's about 8 minutes into this whole ordeal and I'm waiting and decided to take a sip of my rootbeer soda and ITS FLAT!! No carbonation at all!
So I parked and went inside to get a refund and they stand there and just stare at me.
Shut this place down! It's disgusting and you're gonna get people horribly sick!! Oh wait, those reviews are on here too.
I will never return here again!!
This Wendy’s sucks. I waited around half an hour in line until they took my order the people in front of my told me they were waiting to see if people would leave so they don’t have to work. Everyone that works here sucks. The food here tastes awful and the workers barely even try. I now drive 19 miles out of my way to go to a better one. I will never be coming here again and I hope anyone reading this doesn’t go there either. I also got food poisoning here about 3 months ago so be careful.
First time coming here. It looked pretty run down but that didn't detour us! The man at the window was not friendly at all! We did not eat the hamburger or the potato! The nuggets were the only food item edible! We will not return and it was a waste of money!
