I was having a bad day and coming to this Wendy’s changed everything. The cashier was as kind and friendly as a person can be, and used regulars by their names for pickup regulars. The same person came by and did a quality check on how everything was. Her authenticity was so refreshing. In addition to the amazing service, the food was perfect and the place was spotless.
The place is always closed to guests. You can't get in. The staff is horrible, they don't treat me as a client, but as if I were their worst enemy. Food is cooked for a long time, waiting on average 15 minutes. The order can be picked up only by car. This is not the first time Wendy's has disappointed me like this
This restaurant need a better procedure when people are picking up food delivery orders. We should not have to go through the drive thru. Went through the drive thru and had to wait more than half hour to pick up my order. This upsets my customers and is bad for business. In the future if they don't have the inside open(which seems to never be open ever) they should have it so the delivery drivers can receive the orders at the door by an employee. So that we don't have to face that sort of chaos.
I order a 10 chicken nuggets meal. I ask to please get a small soda instead of a medium. I was told no! I ask If I could get the cup half full because I didn't want all the soda and they told me with an attitude No!
Stuff is so stress and it shows. They are rude and nasty
This review is for Delove (pronouced Del-oh-vee) in the drive-thru. This man was so professional and polite. This was just before 8:30 this morning. He greeted me with a smile when i pulled around to pay. He was upbeat and friendly and it was authentic! This kind of experience may not mean anything to anyone else, but my interaction with this kind employee, made my day! You never know who NEEDES this kind of kindness. Thank you!!!
Usually Wendy’s is on the money but this location hasn’t figured it out yet. First, it took a team of workers to find my mobile order. No problem, things happen. Next, they didn’t have sugar for my coffee. Ok, maybe I’ll overlook that. However the coffee they did finally give me was a small which would have been fine if I hadn’t already paid for a medium. I’ll stick to my normal location from now on.
This place is such a dump. My baconator burger was literally raw in the center. I will NEVER again eat from here or any other Wendy's!! Horrible workers make horrible food!!! #GROSS????????
Their food is good. The service, it's ok. Had an issue at the drive thru. A lot of the time if you request items added, they must don't add. I haven't been inside to get an idea as to the atmosphere.
