Cheapest breakfast in Moab. By far. Fast and easy. Our family of 3 got four breakfast sandwiches, a bottle of orange juice, and a senior-size soda, all for less than $10. (We did the "two for $3" sausage biscuits and egg and cheese biscuits, then took the sausage and threw it with the egg and cheese: sausage, egg, and cheese biscuit. With an extra biscuit left over. They have grape jelly to top it, making for a yummy side treat.)
Great views from the dining room, and we had quick, friendly service. Seems like most of the negative reviews of this place are criticisms of the employees. Well, c'mon folks; this is a fast-food restaurant (one of the only ones in Moab) and I'm sure great employees are not only hard to find, but nearly impossible to retain. Give them some grace!
We love that this simple, affordable option for breakfast is available. Grab 'n go, and hit the parks and trails with a smile on your face, and some brekky in your belly. Save that $ for repairs on the 4wheeler. ????
Never come to this place ever! We waited for 5 mins until the first guy come, but he let us wait for another one. Then, we waited for 3 more mins to order two combo, A and B, but the server said we ordered two combo C, and she even didn't know how to spell "Sun" even we told her. And some of the fries are green. Guys, please never come to this Wendy's.
Heavy set lady in drive-through was extremely rude. First, she told us to drive around and order when we were ready because she felt we were taking too long to decide. Second, she waved us along after receiving our order and had the nerve to peek out of the window and say we were holding up her line. Her attitude was terrible from the moment we arrived at the drive through. By far the worst fast food experience I’ve had in years.

The person at the register were so slow and she went somewhere to get a snack for herself or something then she was chewing it and talking to me
And another person that’s on the picture she refused to give me a ranch sauce but at the same time she was giving away the ranch sauce to another customer and she yelled at me and told me “ Go and get yourself a ketchup “
Then I took a picture of her to leave a review so people know what is going on there and then she ran in to me and take me and my friend outside and start yelling and start threatening me that she is going to call a police and she said that she will get me arrested and that she doesn’t want to see me again at this place
Then she came to my car and took a picture of my license plate
So guys just letting you know DON’T GO TO THIS PLACE !!!! That was my worst experience ????????????
We came in when the restaurant was almost empty, made our order, and had to wait for what seemed to me an eternity to have our supposedly fast food. During that time, people keep coming and the queue to get their order kept on growing. I don't know why the service was so slow.
The food was ok. Just what you would expect from this kind of restaurant.
The restaurant felt very cold and unwelcoming. Not the place where you would want to stay more than necessary.
Oh, and the WiFi was very slow too.
We waited in the drive through line for ever, not waiting for other cars, this was in front of the menu. They kept telling us it would be a minute to take our order, we waited and waited and waited… then left. I honestly feel bad for these chains. I’m sure they are way understaffed. ???? but we ended up getting ice cream at the dollar general instead.
I wait over an hour and thirty minutes for our food just to get very unprofessional customer service from this lady. We always kept asking politely when our food would be done she always walked away and never responded. Once the other employees or managers would come up front than she would act very polite with us. Just to confirm we were the only ones who had ordered there was nobody in line. I love Wendy’s very much and so does our family. I never expected such terrible customer service like I experienced that day. Lady had an awful attitude and just very annoyed to be working when clearly she was only handling our orders. When the rest of the employees were in the back busy and more busy than her. I literally had to take picture of her this day. I don’t know why people bother working in customer service jobs if they don’t like it. ???? we were even patiently waiting there was no need for the attitude or disrespect.
Drive through service is very rude. I arrive at 8:30pm today,very hungry, kids in hotel are waiting for food, they want burger and looks like Wendy's is the only choice in this small town. When I arrive, I told them I need couple of minutes to study the menu as I have 6 people to feed(I am the only person in line). However, they are not responding anymore, lateron, a lady walked out with trash bag and told me: we decide not to serve you... What the heck ???? this is the way they treat their customers. The only reason I still give them 1 start now is this is the only way to show my review, what they deserve is negative 5 star!!!!
