Spent 20 minutes waiting behind just 2 other orders to find out they were out of product to make the salad my wife wanted. There are too many other places to eat to wait for poor service. The last few years service at Wendy's has been nonexistent. Consistently slow. At this store one of the soda machines was down for weeks. That is a vendor issue and I believe that no one could be bothered to call Coca-Cola and get it fixed. Poor training of current staff. Management issue. Sell your stores to someone that wants to be in the fast food business.
Last time we came here the chicken in my sandwich wasn’t done all the way. We gave it another shot today the drinks taste like chemicals and we found pieces of plastic in our burger. Disappointed and won’t be going back.
Night staff needs to figure out a better system to make sure all orders are being given out correctly and in a timely manner. I get you mess up but if you do fix it and do so in a timely manner.
It's a Wendy's. So I will be back. But man, outside of Moab, this Wendy's has the worst waiting time for drive thrus and in person. It always seems to be super slow here.
Spent half an hour to wait for 4-5 people order... And it's not the first time either...

Everytime I come, EVERY SINGLE EMPLOYEE is courteous. Food is hot and they are clean.
I am especially impressed by their chipper attitude, considering the fact that customers are a*#holes nowadays....

The soda machine's were mostly empty, the food was cold and the inside needed a good cleaning...i.e. floor was sticky and the tables were not cleaned off. Cashier was not very pleasant either.
I went through the drive-through and ordered 4- 5$ big bags. They were pretty quick, but all of the order was stuffed in two medium bags, scattering the fresh and nuggets all around in the bags. Furthermore, the frys were old and floppy, and the meat on the burgers was old and dry. So after I inspected the bag and noticed that they missed a fry and nuggets. So I went back in to get it corrected, and thankfully, they gave me no issues about correcting it. Afterward, it took another 5 minutes to get me my missing food, causing the rest of my order to get cold. I feel that they tried their best they could use some focus on attention to detail.
Got a ceasar salad and a quarter of it was rotten or the end if the stock of lettuce not edible and tasted bad
Came back 3 weeks later salad looks better but they forgot the dressing. If its not one thing its another. Was good Still.
