I submitted a mobile app order to pick up at the drive-through. I was first handed the wrong order. After receiving the correct order, it was clear that the food wasn’t remotely fresh. The hamburger patties were close to room temperature and the fries weren’t warm either (stale too).
I love my Wendy's and like I said on the McDonald's post put a little salt on those french fries that taste a heck of a lot better. No I don't want to put them on myself the instant it comes out of the oil otherwise I won't get absorbed. Wendy's for the biggie bag menu I can now afford to eat twice a day instead of every other day that's what this Biden era has created the elderly can't go out and eat anymore it's too expensive

I Won’t go to this Wendy’s ever again. I finally got fed up with all the orders being messed up or missing, and after 2 nights in a row of the large chili missing at least 1/4 of it, I called the manager tonight. It took several attempts, as no one answered the phone. Finally got Rhonda, who said she was the manager. I told her that I only got 3/4 of my Large chili for 2 nights in a row. She actually said that’s on purpose, they don’t fill them anymore. I told her I WONT BE BACK. The prices have gone way up, the chili was watery, the nuggets dried up hard, the fries cold, on and on. It’s a rip off to go here and not even get a container of chili. We’ve been in line here and heard employees arguing loudly with what appears to be managers. Not going to waste my money or time at this Wendy’s anymore. When a manager can’t fix problems, it’s adios time. Done.
I used the drive-thru which is somewhat tight and the service was fine the speed in which the order was made was fine and the representative looked professional and was courteous.
Not a good experience! The personnel acted like they were doing me a favor to take my order. My burger came and it was lukewarm I also ordered a Frosty. I went to my car to eat these the burger was lukewarm and there were no napkins in the bag so I went back inside to get napkins there were none in the dining room area so I got back in line and asked for napkins you would have thought I asked for a million dollars. Went back to my car ate the Burger open the frosty don't have a straw don't have a spoon so I go back inside and ask for such they told me they were spoons in the dining room and they were wrong they were out of them so I went back in line and asked for them to give me a spoon from behind the counter. I think you can see that my experience was not pleasant and I don't need to say any more about it I will not be returning.
Food is always hot/ cooked to order. Yet I know they don't always utilize the proper patty when it comes to the ordering burgers. I've noticed size difference on the same day as a test. Not cool Wendy's.
Was very pleased with my visit today, March 11, at Wendy's. I went through the drive-thru for breakfast with very little wait time. The lady taking my order was very pleasant and patient, she didn't rush me at all while ordering, making sure not to interrupt before I was finished. No sooner did I pull up to the window and pay they had my food ready. My potato wedges were full and not half empty, my biscuits and gravy had a good amount of gravy and the bicuit wasn't over cooked or hard, and my sandwich was well made and had nice strips of bacon. My food was exceptional, hot, yummy, and well made. I have no complaints at all. My experience overall today at this particular Wendy's was enjoyable.
Homeless people hanging out for breakfast. Dodge them as you pull up to order and pay. Good luck!!
Breakfast sammich was ok, do not recommend the English muffins...crummy. Get something on a croissant...no cheese sauce. The cold brew chocolate frosty thing is good sometimes. It's really hit or miss depending who makes it.
