At lunch time, they had no lettuce (so no salads), no tomatoes, no spoons, forks, or ketchup. And my chicken sandwich was completely hollow inside...no chicken, just the fried breading! The only reason this was 2-star instead of 1-star was because the counter person was nice. And they did give me another sandwich the had chicken inside rather than just air!
The worst customer service experience I ever had the food taste stale and cold and they messed up on my order after repeatedly telling them want I wanted and was rude!! Their manager is just as worst I will not come back to this location again! I’m just gonna go to the one in Cromwell at least there food is a little better!
Last night we went to use the cheese burger day’s deal, and Wendy’s was the last place we went to get the food. Sadly I had to say, we had the worst experience here. First, the app didn’t work for all day the worker there said. Second, it is the coldest food in the three restaurants.
But the workers there were funny and friendly????
Easy to access when headed out of Middletown. Service was not awful. People were civil and we didn't have to wait too long for our order. Food wasn't awful, just not very fresh. Clean, gender neutral bathrooms.
Go to meals #1 and #6! The pomegranate blueberry drink is so refreshing. The staff is courteous and professional. Service is awesome!
Worst experience I’ve ever had at any fast food place. My order was missing 3 items. The fries and nuggets were cold and tasted like they had been sitting out for 8+ hours, tasted like the fries you find under the seat in your car when you’re cleaning it the following week. I had a large order and with them shoving everything into a small bag all my burgers were squished, I couldn’t even eat one of them because it was smashed and looked disgusting. Tried calling but of course no answer. I stopped on way home from work, wasn’t about to drive all the way back, ended up ordering pizza instead.
Food is usually fresh, hot, and quick. But the service can be really nice, or very rude. Some employees just seemed to have given up. Mostly a bored “hello”, takes order without saying anything, and when food is ready, some will just toss the food on the tray, or toss your bag on the counter.
Lobby needs a major remodel. Very outdated and the age is showing.
I like Wendy’s food, but this place needs someone to step in, give the employees incentives, and update the interior.
Poor food quality it is too early for the food to not be fresh it is 130 and my burger tastes like it’s been sitting out the most fresh thing I had was the sprite
