Got a salad and of course the ending was too good to be true. Found some sort of large bug wing in my food. Devastated espically after eating majority of the salad. Pregnant and feel absolutely ill.
I went last night and The guy at the window who looked very stoned or drunk charged my card for the wrong order and when I asked for a refund The manager Monica who is EXTREMELY RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL! This nasty GROWN CHILD! Wanted to sit on the side of the window and scream loud enough for me to hear her without seeing her and say “why would he pay for the wrong order if he knew he didn’t get that” and “how stupid could he be” along with other very rude and nasty remarks as if I’m the person who works there and does the payment process. If it was not for me getting a notification from my bank I wouldn’t have known he charged me more than he was supposed to. This woman needs to be fired and banned. This was not my first experience with her but will definitely be my last.
I ordered a lemonade and I stg they put liquor in it. I had my partner taste/smell it as well & he agrees there is definitely liquor in it.
I don't even care if yall are drinking at work but be more careful. I'm a recovering alcoholic.
Came in for a little lunch date with my daughter. Service was excellent, food was made fresh and hot, restaurant was very clean. I will definitely be back at this location.
The manager there this morning at 830 am was the rudest I have ever encountered, and needs to be reprimanded immediately; only because I return cold potatoes and asked for hot. He told me "just go over there and I will bring it out"! No matter what the request, a manager of a store should not talk like that to a paying customer. After he bought the food to car, he said"next time don't say..." And walked off. I was floored. When I came back to the store to get the address to report, I saw him sitting on the tables where people eat and he was on his phone. He was apparently having a bad day. I'm trying to find his superior to report.
Absolutely the rudest women working here. I didn’t get names but two of them argued with a customer over an order. No care that other people are around. I’ve also witnessed them being rude to their own coworkers. Go a few miles up the road to the Lakeridge Parkway store.
Wendy's hooked it up, the young lady at the counter apologized twice because they were making chicken patties but I barely waited 5 minutes for my food. She arranged it nicely, for fast food they really put the effort in unlike other places you go to they'll just slap it together. Cheap as well, $12 bucks for everything. Food was cooked to perfection, very satisfying.
I love burgers. Wendy's have great burgers. Fries ang milkshakes. For half of what Five Guys charge.
