The restaurant counters were very gross and had barely any condiments left. There were not straws available and the counters and ice machine were covered in juice and pop. The restaurant also had slow service.
The food was made fresh and was hot, but they forgot our sauce and had us waiting at the door for our order. The inside and outside of the restaurant is pretty clean. The employees are just doing their jobs, not nice or mean but they’re never in uniform.
Chili is my favorite!! Love the free frosty for a year key fob. Thank you so much!! We love this Wendy's!! Always great food and service. Keep up the great work!!
If I could I’d give this location a zero. I ordered a chicken sandwich and it was raw. They isn’t even try to cook it I’m convinced. Definitely email corporate about this.
They obviously don’t teach customer service at this restaurant because it is HIGHLY lacking. The order is ALWAYS wrong. Something is either missing, they don’t have something, or just flat out get it wrong. I will say the morning crew is good but the evening and night crew all need to get it together.
Currently throwing up my wendys from last night.. yes ik tmi! Worst wendys ive been to by far!!! They take so long but the food isn’t fresh.. and I’m getting sick off of it hurray ???????????? do better or find some actual adults and not a bunch of 16 year olds who’s gonna play with peoples food and damn money!
Horrible! They customer service was horrible. Stood there for 5 min and no one said hi. Then one of the cooks came and ask what was wrong with my order. The cooks area was filthy. Management could definitely be better. This is how neighbors loose business
I had eaten here and used a offer but it had taken way too long to make and they said they never got the order, I checked and saw everything was in check but it took a while to find they marked the order as finished when I hadn't gotten my food, the atmosphere is alright, and the food varies from what you order, but I wouldn't call it bang for your buck for the good items.
