All of the women were rude just because. The big red one with the lashes and big hair that passed out the food on Sunday feb4th around 9:30 needs to quit eating the food and change her attitude.The food looked as if it was out all day well the chicken patty because it wasn’t no classic nothing.
This team really rocks! They are a mostly female team and they do everything to make the customer satisfied. They are very customer service oriented. I wish I could have gotten their names but Sonya was in charge and she was fabulous.
I was going to Diane but the dining room the store was too dirty in the bathroom was dirty but the service is really good my food was cooked to order I enjoyed it and I'll probably go back hopefully the dining room will be a little cleaner
I like the food and it is hot sometimes but I love the fries they are delicious but the service is not good
They took too long for my order but made it hot and fresh and the people were ok friendly.
Whoever this big lady with the ponytail in this blue hoody is needs to find something more constructive to do with her time you otp taking personal calls being rude and messing up orders
IF I COULD GIVE THEM ONE STAR I WOULD, VERY DISAPPOINTED I PAID $15 PLUS FOR A HALF COOKED BURGER, COLD FRIES AND A MELTED SHAKE! DO BETTER WENDYS! THIS IS TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE.
The customer service was wonderful but my nuggets and fries was hard like they had been cooked three days ago and I really didn't have time to return because I was on my lunch break. I can't believe Wendy's took my money like that because I don't have extra money to give or throw away and that's just what I had to do with the whole meal. If you know you want eat it than why pass it out the window at drive-thru to someone else!!!!!! ????????????????????????????????
