We've been here before and it has been fine. But tonight it is really frustrating because the dining room is closed and the drive thru line is so long. We finally bailed. It's Friday night, kids are hungry, and we can't grab a Wendy's fast. Lame. I suspect that it is very short staffed.
Update: super slow again.
The service was great. They even let us use two coupons on the same visit. The only recommendation I have for them is to put more sauce on the hamburgers or sandwiches. They were pretty dry.
The store is very clean. The staff we so kind and professional. I would not hesitate to return here.
Worst service of my life. I worked at Wendy’s 10 years ago and felt sad for how horrible this one was. I came to the register (NO LINE) and the store manager woman told me one minute 3 times over 13 minutes just to place my order with no line. Then she told me I had to order from the Keosk. I tried explaining 3 times I did not know how to order a pretzel bun from the keosk. She was unable to speak English and after 20 minutes I left and will NEVER come here again.

Placed an order on the App and stopped in to pick up my order. Their fryer wasn’t working so they weren’t able to make the order. The manager sent an employee out to tell me they couldn’t make the order. Unfortunately the employee didn’t speak very good English. I told them it was okay and asked them to cancel the order. The employee told me she couldn’t. I asked to talk with the manager but the manager wouldn’t come out and talk with me to resolve the situation. So I paid for an order I didn’t get and the manager was unwilling to make it right.
The food is typically good. I go here for breakfast frequently and have excellent service from the staff in the mornings. When I have gone for lunch the food has been fresh and service is great. The managers are doing a great job. Vilma is awesome!
Feeling a little peckish around 10:30 PM while driving home, I stopped by Wendy's: my usual go-to for a quick pick-me-up. What surprised me was the kind service from the drive-thru attendants. The first attendant was prompt, detailed, and had amazing tact in conversation that wasn't overbearing, but delightful and well-timed without delaying service. She asked about my day, plans for the New Year, and kindly reminded me to check my sandwich before leaving to make sure everything was in order. I don't believe I've ever had a drive-thru attendant display that level of sincerity and kindness, especially near the end of their shift. The second attendant was prompt and polite, and served nice, hot fries and a sandwich according to what I asked. The food was just what I needed, and the pleasant interaction was an additional, and much-appreciated, second pick-me-up for the evening. ????
This was terrible. We come into a empty restraunt with about 4 employees standing around at the front counter. We are asked to step over and use the kiosk to order.
This is what is becoming the world today. Self checkouts, kiosks and don't yourself mentality of today's youths.
The customer service was so good. Every single worker complimented us, and were so nice. Everyone was in such a good mood, it brightened up my whole day. And the food was delicious and came out so fast. If you ever want Wendy’s at 9:30pm go to this one
