Fries: oily, old, barely warm
Fish sandwich: fried so hard the meat is practically non- existent.

Tried this Wendy's three times. Each experience has been awful. I kept returning hoping it was just a 'one off' experience, but it is definitely a trend. The food is always cold. The final straw was the last time I went. The food was cold as usual. The fries were cold and even wet. I keep coming here thinking the experience will be different. But wet fries is where I draw the line. I live less than a minute from this place, and will gladly drive out of my way to avoid this Wendy's.
A minor working the drive-through denied me service without hearing what I had to say and told me to use the kiosk when I was trying to pay cash. There's no place to pay cash at the kiosk. The shift manager excused the behavior for them being short-staffed. Drivethrough is the only thing that matters here. Otherwise burger was sloppily made & paid extra for toppings and didn't receive them. Chilli's always great.
Edit: Just a thought, close the dining room if you're going to deny services to guest.
Ordered online and went to pick up. Drive thru line was backed up. So I decided to go inside for my pick up. Waited for about 10 mins and no one ever acknowledged me nor other customers that were waiting. Instead a worker looked at us and continue to roll her eyes. I was agitated at this point and walked out and decided to go to the drive thru. However I had to wait another 15 mins. To make matters worst, I ordered a biscuit sausage and egg meal. I received a biscuit sausage instead and a water down vanilla coffee. Too bad i noticed when i got to work late for waiting half hour for the wrong order. Never ever waste your time. Customer service is horrible starting from Manager.
Inside closed 3.5 hours earlier than the sign on both doors say, despite there being people inside eating. Highly inconvenient when I have a sleeping baby in the car and the times on the door very clearly don’t indicate them closing at 6:30PM on a Wednesday
Asked why and their answer was ‘we’re understaffed’
Chicken sandwich was good, Burger had cold cheese, flavor wasn’t bad overall
Better than average fries
The workers have the most unpleasant attitude, even when im polite. Today my order was a joke. The salad was in such poor condition I chose not to eat it and return it. Tried to call 10 times but their phones dont work.
Absolutely the worst Wendy's that I have ever gone to. My fries were old and cold...the lettuce on my burger was old and discolored and my chocolate chip cookie was not done. To top things off, I was the only person in the building.
I will never go to that location again.
Doesn't deserve any stars. Went through the drive thru about 10:30pm on the way home from the airport. Chose this location because it was basically the only thing open and we needed food after flying all day. Employee was impatient over the speaker during the ordering process. Ordered two meals and an extra fry. Our 2 iced teas tasted like cleaner. We didn't know if it was the tea or the ice. We explained the issue to the employee and asked to exchange them for Coke without ice, in case the ice was the problem. The employee was not impressed. Didn't want to take our two undrinkable teas back. Filled new cups with coke and ice, so didn't listen to our request of no ice. Again the drinks tasted like cleaner/chemicals. Our hamburgers and fries were cold as we pulled away from the drive thru and we were missing one fry. Will never return to this location and definitely would NOT recommend this location to anyone! Doesn't deserve a single star.
