I've never had such bad food at Wendy's. I got 3 burger. All three were dry and only one was as requested. The condiments were almost non-existent. And the burgers were put together haphazardly . Not a good experience. I will think twice before going to this restaurant again
Normally this location has good food and service. But......the last 3 times I have stopped after work at 11:00PM they are closed. Why advertise that you are open until midnight when in fact, that is a lie. I know.... I know the excuse is there is nobody to work the late shift. If that's the case update your times that you are open. That way I won't waste my gas driving there. I will go to Burger King or Sheetz.
Last night we went to the drive thru and ordered a bake potato, they were sadly out of it but didn’t know that until we paid and got to the window. Shawn went above and beyond our expectations to make sure we were given good service, he offered anything we wanted and was very apologetic. Thank you Shawn for your great service!
The Dave’s single tasted like dog food smells. I was shocked bc the little burgers don’t have much meat but don’t taste bad. The fries are usually very good. The burger was just so gross I might be done with Wendy’s
Store is clean, staff friendly and helped sort out coupons, food was fresh and tidy in it's presentation.
Taking my order at the drive thru was decent and quick. Upon pulling up to pay and get my order, the girl at the window was busy talking for 10 minutes. She kept walking away talking to someone in the front and kept laughing. Upon taking my debit card she handed me my double stacks that were cold, she also closed the window without giving my card back in which I had to yell for her to retrieve my card. Shady service and cold food, questionable to return to this location.
Great customer service, everything was clean. Helped out with coupons we had and the staff wase extremely friendly.
DO NOT ORDER MOBILE HERE!!
They close the dining room often so if you order from the mobile app you have to go through the drive thru which defeats the whole purpose. By the time you get your food it’s cold. They start it when I pay which is when I leave the house. Then I gotta wait 10 more mins in line. They’ll say they start making it when yoy get to the intercom but it’s not true. Last time the guy was putting up the sign as I approached the door. I asked if I could just go in and get my food cause I ordered mobile 5 mins prior and it was probably ready. I had to get back in my car and go through the drive thru. Terrible customer service. The University Blvd location is much better.
