Ordered an $8.00 BACONATOR........... it barely had a ONE whole slice of bacon on it. I used to enjoy dining at Wendy's but eight dollars for a BACONATOR.......... and it barely has a single slice of bacon.
Very bland atmosphere. Recently remodeled and more Cafe-like. Service was good. Food was good.
I went here today and got a strawberry lemonade and a fry for free fry Friday. I showed the cashier my coupon and they scanned it. They said the total was $8.08 before coupon and then with the coupon it was $3.55. I just checked my bank statement and I was charged for $8.08. Of course I no longer have the receipt so there is no way to get my money back. I waited in line for a while to get charged full price for the fry. The only reason I wanted the fries because it was going to be be free. So if you go here make sure they charge your card right. I’m not happy.
The food always makes me feel ill here. I used to really enjoy Wendy's but this location is just bad. The service is not good, employees commonly wear headphones while taking orders. The employees serving the nuggets and fries do NOT wear gloves. Disgusting.
I wish I could eat Wendy's nearby my house without having stabbing pains in my stomach afterwards.
Wish I could give 0 stars period. They are always out of something or get your order wrong. Never open for their lobby when I am there diring the day or night. Last time I was there a few days ago, they're out of the orange cream frosty's and got my order wrong. Also VERY slow.
Swore off Wendy's a couple years ago due to issues in Irondequoit. Moved back this way a couple years ago figured ER would be better. Not! 4:55 on a Wednesday NO Frostys? Really their signature dessert. Then $9.00 for "Son of Baconator". Just a double cheeseburger with some bacon. Never again! I can go to a restaurant for this kind of money....so sad. Hope you close too.
I haven't been to a Wendy's in years and was craving a potato. They were all out so I got the baconator fries and it is soo disgusting looking I can't even eat them. The bacon is charred black and it's completely embarrassing that the staff was so lazy they couldn't throw away the burned bacon and decided to throw it on the food anyways.
This location has gone down hill FAST. They’ve locked the doors unexpectedly..no sign they’re closed, non mention online. They just close
Their staff has allegedly (proof points towards they DID) steal customer credit cards and used them to steal money at other businesses. I’m staying far away from here. I’d recommend you do too.
