The only good Wendy’s in the area. As a plus, it’s not just good, it’s great!
Food:
The quality of the food’s presentation as well as flavor never lacks! Everything I’ve ordered is given as advertised! The food is absolutely delicious ✨

The staff here are well mannered and courteous. Wait times are great, always less than 5 minutes.

Today was a better experience. My pink lemonade tasted great. My food was hot and service was quick. I was welcomed with a smile. I definitely appreciate this crew and it's team leader. You can tell she's there to get the job done with a smile. Thank you
The good is pretty good but I have gone 2 separate times weeks apart where they were supposed to be open an after an hour of being open were not ready to open. They open at 6:30 i went at 7:05 and they said they will not be ready till 7:30 but nothing online about it. Don't waste your gas.
It was a group of us about 18 they were able to take out order and present us with the food in a timely fashion. The staff was great, and we enjoyed ourselves here at this location.
Why is cold food being served first thing in the morning?? If I wanted a cold breakfast, I could've eaten cereal and milk at home. Do better morning crew.
Update* 2/11/22- Just as bad if not worse. Signage doesn't represent actual prices. ???? My breakfast sandwich must have been a leftover from yesterday... The only thing that wasn't hard was the egg. The biscuit and sausage were hard.
The only saving grace were the potatoes. Definitely not worth 6 dollars.
The bun was hard like it had been sitting around for hours. Probably from a old order. Thats messed up The employees or lifers that going to be there for eternity gave me that. They rude for no reason talking about someone and look at them. That's how old the burger was and stale. I didn't bit into it I broke it apart. Matter of fact it fell apart.
I was hey chaperone with a party of 18 the staff with above and to assist us with all our deeds. The staff was friendly outgoing at Pleasant to work with the email allowed us to use our tax exempt status.
I end up going out of my way to come to this location. It's always clean, my food order is always correct, and the service is not just fast but actually friendly too! Margaret worked behind the counter today and was very kind and helpful when picking up my order!
