The fact that I'm writing a review on a fast food restaurant is ridiculous. As far as my expectations go, I only expect good customer service, and to have my food ready. The customer service here is lousy and it took 10 minutes just for my order to be taken and even longer for my food to be served. Aside from that, the management is out of hand with their own employees (my friend worked at this location). I wouldn't be surprised that their HR department is unorganized considering all of these 1 star reviews. For anyone who is considering working at this location, it's not worth your time or energy. I hope the staff of Wendy's get their stuff together and actually treat their new employees well.
I went in and ordered. I got my food and went home. I had gotten a BLT chicken sandwich and as I was eating it I saw a small green bug on it (guessing from the lettuce). I then called multiple times to see if I could get a refund for my order. A manager finally answered and she said I could go in for a refund as she would be there all day. I went to the store and tried to go inside and the door was locked. I then proceeded to the drive thru window. At the window I was greeted by a very unprofessional young lady. She stated that the store manager was not there and she could not give me a refund. I explained the situation twice and then asked for the manager on-site. The crew member then called the manager but yet the manager did not once talk to me. She then had me pull up to the front door to wait. She handed me a refund just for my sandwich and was very rude about it! I will not be returning!
This location has great service, good food, was clean, and the workers were friendly & bilingual...had the breakfast burrito with green chili and potatoes & had the Double meat cheeseburger with fries...food was hot and fast! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
I went there at 1pm and dining area was closed. I pulled up to drive up and no one took my order. Looked in windows and didn't see anyone. And they want to raise prices.. ha ha. McDonald's was open
Never again will I stop here. Look at the lettuce and bun its moldy black spots. Lettuce is not fresh at all. Save your money and time if people will feed you this they are disgusting. Wendys please retrain your employees. This should not go out to people to eat!
So i usually love wendys but I went about an hr ago n whenever I started eating my food I didn’t think much the fries were good usually are but the hamburger meat was raw????????♀️I kept trying small bites n the whole burger was raw. Please cook the next burger meat well:/
ridiculous the service sucks very slow the person at the window rude the worst Wendy's I've been to in a long time the atmosphere a lot of homeless people asking for
money and food
THEY FORGOT MY FROSTY AND COOKIE they didn’t even answer the phone ????
