Apparently under new management. I didn’t mind waiting for my order almost 1/2 hr. But when I opened up my chicken BLT… no bacon…WAY too much mayo! Got my nuggets but no sauce and no napkins. I undetstand new staff also but with the long wait expected a little more effort to get orders right. Tried calling..twice…both times phone picked up but no response and then got hung up on. Just wanted to share with management that obviously staff needs more oversight.
Worst Wendy’s on the planet. They close the dining lobby or drive through whenever they please. They are always out of something. They’re not very friendly sometimes, they have a “take it or leave it” attitude. the food isn’t that good and it’s dirty. We was in the lobby to order. An employee dropped a fry on the floor. She picked it up with gloves on. Looked right at us and ate it. She continued handling food without changing gloves.
Service & food here is always good. Workers work very hard here. Sometimes it seems this place is running with just 3 people. It's a shame the owner doesn't pay these people more. He might be surprised how turnover might drop for an extra .75/hr.
The food is ok. It’s Wendy’s. The service is trash. The guy with the glasses in the drive thru needs some serious customer service training. Maybe some basic manners too. The atmosphere gets 1 star for being closed in the middle of a weekday at noon.
Where do I start? To begin, the “restaurant” was disgusting, the bathroom floor was so wet it felt like I was wading through a swamp. The whole place reminded me of a swamp. I then proceed to work up the courage to order off this disgusting menu, pay 10$ for a chicken sandwich when I asked for chicken nuggets. So, to recap, the place is gross, I pay too much for the wrong order, and then my food doesn’t come. Who is running this joint? Don’t go to this place unless you want to walk around in a water-filled bathroom and get your wrong order not delivered.
The ingredients were correct? Nasty food under the lamp for minimum of 8 hours. I think they are understaffed and don't give af. Taos has 4 drive throughs and this is one of them.. If you can wait, keep going. I wish I could show my pic right now.. see through/dry ckn patty and debatable cheese. Looks like food" even the dog won't eat. Good luck! ...maybe just get a frosty if their machine is actually working?
First of all, there is no in-store dining here. Same as the McDonald's in Taos. I grabbed some breakfast here to see how it compares to the McDonald's down the road. To be fair, I ordered my normal McD's breakfast meal - the sausage biscuit with egg combo. I really enjoyed the sandwich. While the sausage patty lacked a bit in spices it, and the rest of the sandwich, was hot, fresh, and did not disappoint. My only complaint was with the potato side. The wedges were lukewarm, flabby, and underwhelming. McDonald's hash browns are still better than most breakfast options.
The most important thing is that this meal was at least $2 cheaper than the same at McDonald's. When you are on a budget, things like that really matter.
Went in, and the place smelled of rancid grease. The restroom was clean. The door on the north side was broken, one side wouldn't, the other door you had to grab the key lock to use that as a handle to get in the restaurant.
