Morning drive thru gentleman extremely combative and rude at 6:30am. Would not honor a valid coupon that was good for " the week of xx/xx" because it was Tuesday, and the coupon week/start date was the day, before he kept telling me. Morning start times seem to vary.
Had to wait for chicken sandwich. Which it made it the best 1 my husband has had in a long time. My nuggets were very good. The fries excellent. I had ice tea...which was also excellent. We give you a 10 Wendy's crew. Good job. Thank you.
The lady who waited on my son and myself was really rude. Everyone else seemed friendly. I figured she maybe was having a bad day. I wished her a blessed day still. Kindness is not hard.
Being with corporate Wendy's for years.... I can honestly say this is one of the best Wendy's that I have been. I always seem to get TJ... He is always so nice and professional. Employees like him are hard to find so please hold on to him and keep doing a great service.
Used to be a respectable establishment but under new staff has become slow and lazy. Nobody in the drive thru but me nobody in the store. Somehow still took them 10 minutes to cook my food and when I got it, it was entirely wrong. People stand right in front of the window on their phones.

No signs on the lobby indicating it’s closed - just locked. No one in the drive thru willing to respond. Wish I could speak to the food but no one was willing to talk and take my order. Next time you close the lobby, put up signs instead of lobby hours that were not adhered to.
Tried to dine in but lobby was closed so there for I’m giving them one Star no sign on door and people sitting in lobby eating! this makes about the 5th time we’ve tried to dine there. Pitiful can’t judge them if they aren’t open for walk ins. Didn’t want drive thru they just need to close the doors for good if they can’t get good help. Wont return
