Got my order wrong and look at the nasty sandwich that was given ridiculous. No one never answers the phone.
I went through the drive thru with my daughter last Saturday night; she had just had a bad fall and was still crying. Nothing was broken, but she got pretty banged up. I forgot to get his name, but I wanted to give a BIG THANK YOU to the guy who took our order for being so nice; it really made a rough time better.
Whoever is in charge of this Wendy's, definitely need to make changes on staffing and implement more strong standards on ethics. Rude staff, unprofessional on customer service and slow on just a simple meal. 20 minutes waiting in the parking lot, plus they didn't give me the whole order. I had to walk inside to get the rest of the order.
This Wendy's has potential to be very good, but changes need to get done ASAP, otherwise is going to fail.
If this is like that, the problem is not only the employees, is actually the managers or owners of the franchise.
This is a bad reputation for Wendy's as Co. nationwide.
Great food but very very slow service through the drive-thru. Seems like they need more employees to make things quicker. I mean it is called fast food right!
This franchise is playing games with the drive thru line. You think as you pull up that there are only a few cars ahead of you. Wrong! Once they take the payment. They send you to park in the adjacent parking lot. Just so they can keep the metrics for the drive thru wait times down. Meanwhile there are ten cars sitting here waiting on orders in front of me. I came here due to a perceived wait time with hungry kids in the car as I drove by. This is misleading and disrespectful. The manager looks to have good service numbers for the store and in actuality they have customers waiting for orders of site. Cheating the system! I don't mind paying $32 for A kids meal and two adult meals. But to be misled, for the sake of fake performance is insulting.
I've come down your numerous times to get breakfast after 9:00 after speaking to the manager saying that she opens her doors at 9:00 for breakfast now after being lied to numerous times by the manager you know and so forth this place should be shut down cuz it's very poor management and employees are very rude lazy a lot of times you see them just sitting down the chairs because they're so slow that's when you come in for lunch or dinner if you're going to advertise you open up at 9:00 for breakfast and you have a big old sign outside since open for breakfast then they should follow by those rules I found a little place back behind them a little diner that you know what better food much better service pleasant employees so now I will never step foot back in that place ever again and also anybody else.
Very disappointed with today’s service fries were very burnt!! They didn’t have time to turn back around. My kids caught a stomachache. I recommend no one to go over there. They still don’t know how to take orders.
This place is super nasty and super unprofessional. Don’t bring your kids here because the workers were yelling crazy loud, cursing each other out to the point that I was about to walk out even though I already paid for my food.
