On 52624, my family was 6, and I waited in the dining room, and there were 5 staff behind counter working. We were looked at numerous times by staff, and no ONE even offered to take our order. After 15 min. We walked out! I would not even attempt to eat there!!!
There were also 3 half filled large trash cans with water sitting in their dining room, and their ceiling was still leaking water from it!!!
I cannot say anything about the food cause after 10 minutes inside waiting in line and only 2 customers being served we went 1.2 miles down the road to BK. Inside the restaurant was nice and clean and the staff was busy. Looked like they were understaffed
Having a family of 6 we figured we could relieve some of the bottleneck
Stopped in for lunch and was greeted by Patricia. I've never encountered such a pleasant individual in a fast food restaurant. What a great person to have up front.
Team member Patricia was a joy to interact with. She's a very amiable person who cares about her customers. She took my order which was fulfilled before I even finished paying. Great service and very pleasant employees on that shift!

Place has gone downhill.
Soda machine rarely works.
Management here is non-existent.
The workers bicker and try to play boss but can’t figure out how to get a meal out in a timely fashion.

Update :
The interior is now open.
The remodel isn't complete as half the interior is still blocked off.
But you can now go inside to order, pick up your app based orders and sit down to eat.

I eat here weekly. The staff here are great.
Unfortunately, the interior has been closed for renovations for months which makes very long drive-thru lines at lunch times.
The food here is standard Wendy’s fare for the most part.
I find this location to be better than most. The food is always hot.
Would get a higher rating if the renovations would get finished.
Cobb salad is awesome. One cashier has to multitask.. She managed but it was crowded.
Needed front eating area cleaned. Drink machine was dirty. Just not enough help.
I came in the drive thru in the AM, the older mammy played her old miserable southern party telling me to wait with noone in line. Silly rude attitudes and gossip girling. This is around 8:15, they shouldnt ever work together!!!!! They were having a contest of who can be the nastiest and I was the contestant unfortunately.
When I told her to forget the order she said "good I didnt ring it up anyways"!!!!
BOGO Dave's Singles: acceptable burgers but assembled very sloppy. Drive thru staff were taking another customers order when reaching out the window for my payment. No actual dialogue. Burger was warm.
Got a free baconater breakfast sandwich as a perk for using T Mobile as my cell service provider. I also purchased a BEC biscuit for a buck and added the BEC to my baconater and I have added a picture of the result. Not bad for a buck! And, my dog gets a biscuit treat, win! ????
