Service and food were good. The women's toilet needs attention... It needs to be washed. The music... Saturday night vibes on a Thursday ???? a bit too loud.
No shade of protection from rain in the parking lot, but plenty of space to park on both sides of the building.
Also, the temperature is quite cold, I was freezing. I didn't enjoy my meal.
Omg! The worst cheeseburger I've ever had! It was hard as a rock. It seemed like it was 3 days old. I have NEVER had a burger served to me that hard. The meat, the bun EVERYTHING was NOT even close to being fresh. Very old. We are travelers and must say that's the worst. If I could give no star review, I would.
We stopped here for a restroom break and burger. The bathroom was pretty nasty, and the one sink didn't work (it did have soap).
Walking up to the food counter we could hear the employees in the back shouting and cussing at each other. They saw us, one of them told the others to shut it because there were customers, and then they never came up to the register to take our order!
Walking out I saw the drink machine was literally caked in old dried soda. We got food elsewhere, and you should too!
We asked for a grilled chicken sandwhich, which is all we would be able to eat off the menu due to recovering from severe food poisoning. We were told they did not have grilled chicken, so we said 'Okay, we're good, thank you!' and got an 'Alright. Have a nice day, don't come back.' in an incredibly snide tone.
Waited between 10 and 15 minutes in the drive-through, at the order window, repeatedly told “one second.” After about 12 or so minutes and the third time telling me that they would be right with me, I asked him if I should just go inside. They told me the “no, the inside is closed” (I should’ve stated, this is about 3 PM on a Saturday afternoon). So finally, they took my order, lo and behold they got it wrong, but of course, I didn’t notice till I had already pulled away from the window and started unwrapping the food. Went back around, was not going to wait behind 10 people in the drive-through to tell them that they got the order wrong, so I pulled up near the window And told the girl. They remade the burger again and did the exact same thing, wrong order… again. This is the worst example of a fast food restaurant I’ve ever experienced in my life.
Honestly, I’ll just go hungry before I ever stop at this place again.
I just left the Wendy’s in Port Allen LA. I sat in the drive thru for 25 minutes the line never moved!
Everyone just sat there. There was 2 cars ahead of me.
25 maybe 30 minutes. Finally everyone started leaving.
Then when I tried to call the number on the website it said that cellular device was no longer in service.
So the phone number on the website is incorrect
We arrived at this restaurant at 220 in the afternoon and the the restaurant was locked up with people inside eating. There were people in the drive through.
Went to the restaurant at 9:48 pm and was turned away at the drive thru telling us that they were closed. All the lights were on, the hours posted stated 0100 yet we were turned away before 10 pm on a Saturday night.
