Staff nowhere to be seen and then they look at me, eventually when they finally appear probably smoking pot, asking me if I placed an order at the kiosk. Completely out of control and no excuse for this. Get out of the business if you can't manage it. There's at least four of them and I have no idea where they were for the first couple of minutes I was in the restaurant. I was all alone it was like I was on some Twilight Zone episode. The only thing they did quickly after that was collect my money and then make me wait.
The absolute best Wendy's I have ever been to in my life. One of the workers is super friendly and knows my name and for some reason whenever he is working the food is even better. Been going here for six months but over the last month there has been a drastic improvement in customer service and food quality. This is easily my favorite fast food spot on the block!
The food was inedible. The bag was greasy to the point where I couldn’t set it down in my car. The fries were undercooked and unseasoned. The coke was flat. It was possibly the worst fast food experience in my life

Now using a kiosk order entry system. DIY ordering. Kitchen was backed up and confused at my 4pm visit...My sandwich got lost in the shuffle. Losing stars...
Usually we have a great experience with Wendys. The last few times, it just has not been the same. This is the lettuce put on my sandwich. I understand lettuce gets warm, but this is not something I would serve. Nice service at least.
Two days ago I specifically wanted a decaf coffee and asked the counter person who indicated they were willing to make me some, but the manager stopped them and said no we don't have decaf coffee. I probably won't be back if I have a choice. Maybe she saved $3 but lost a whole lot more.
I have never had worse food. Ordered DoorDash, there was no delay on the dashers part after pick up, but when it arrived, the cookies were wrong, hard as a rock, the bacon fries had no cheese and were soggy. Absolutely horrible experience, I had to ask DoorDash refund the entire order. I usually love Wendy’s, and I just got into town, and I absolutely will not be ordering here again.
Horrible customer service. The manager here is so unprofessional and disrespectful towards her employees. I went with a friend and we had asked for a frosty with our keychain. The worker gave us the wrong size, we weren't aware of it. The manager literally reached over the counter, feet for sure off the ground, and snatched the frostys out of our hands. Literally not even joking, check those cameras for real. She then yelled at the worker loudly infront of everyone.The manager did not have to do all at like girl bffr. She could've nicely asked us to give it back and taken the worker to the back and showed her properly.
